I'm running a webshop in Japan with the WooCommerce PDF Invoices plugin. Japanese characters were showing up as empty boxes on the invoices, which wasn't going to work.
I contacted the support via E-Mail and Yordan replied within minutes with a custom font pack (Arial Unicode MS) that covers Japanese, Chinese and Korean characters. I just had to upload it like any other plugin.
The support was responsive and they had an actual solution ready, not just troubleshooting steps.

Good plugins, great support. The plugins are very decent build. But when you have a question, they act fast and with a lot of knowhow.
