Messy interface and confusing settings.

I corroborate the other opinion about this company. It’s a scam, so it’s better not to buy. Last year, I purchased an add-on for my website, which I tried unsuccessfully. However, since its price was relatively low ($29), I didn’t request a refund. My surprise came when, a year later, they charged my card another $29 for a subscription. I did not consent to this; they took advantage of my card information. I contacted them immediately, and they refused to refund the charge. I believe they are engaging in fraudulent activity. Do not provide your payment information on this site because if they can charge you, they will, and they won’t give you your money back.

Descriptions on the website are very poor regarding the functionalities of the plugins. Eventually purchased one of the plugins as the website states a "7 days money back guarantee".

I found out that the plugin was not as described and had a total different functionality so I contacted the support team to verify the use and functionality of the plugin. A few days later I received a reply stating that the plugin indeed does not meet the requirements I have and that there is no use for the plugin for me.

I than referred to the refund policy which states that "You have purchased the plugin/subscription, and after installing and testing the plugin, have found that it will not work for your business or required setup" and did not receive a reply anymore afterwards.

I've tried to reach out to them multiple times over the past weeks and no reply at all. It's a shame that statements like money back guarantee are made just for website conversion and when you want to make use of it, no reply.

I would recommend to stay away from this website unless you're VERY sure you purchase the correct plugin.

In short: poor product descriptions, deceitful website and a refund policy that is not adhered to, stay away from this scam!
