I have a great experience with WPHostee. The people that work for this company are really helpful, respectful and help you on the spot with any issues you have. I've personally reviewed all the tickets you opened and the services you had with us. From what I can see, we made every effort to support you, including going the extra mile by creating a personalized video tutorial to walk you through the issues on your website and explaining how things work. We also ensured that the problem was fixed as promised. The only thing we can't do is fix clients computer issues locally as this would mean someone needs phosical access to your laptop to fix your email issues. As we don't have this practice nor any other hosting platform has, we can't brake our own terms and conditions in assisting clients. We can only help you through tickets, live chat and sometimes video tutorials created specifically in helping you fix your issues localy.
That said, I would love to understand more about what specifically made your experience unpleasant. We strive to continuously improve, and your feedback is important to us. Please let us know what we could have done better, and we’ll do our best to make things right.
