The plugin is half not working, all templates are crooked. Websites for 3 weeks slowed down. Started contacting Support WTP, to which I always got the answer: We are all good, and constant insults that I am a lamer.
In the end he said he would block my account. As a result, in the morning, 12 sites were deleted from my VPS together with the VPS itself, as well as other people's sites were deleted.
I informed the hosting company. ZOMRO is now investigating the issue. As it turned out, the plugin has a built-in trojan, with the help of which he has access to all hosting functions.
I filed a complaint with PayPal for a refund. Further I plan to appeal to other bodies, about compensation for damages, as the sites was a lot of traffic.
The seller is inadequate, constantly lying, there are many witnesses.

update: Hosting company HostGator checked the domain (wp-tube-plugin.com) , and exposed the spyware.

update2: Hosting company ZOMRO has confirmed the Hestia panel hack, and provided screenshots showing an IP address from India. This person is a hacker. All screens and confirmations are ready to provide.

I bought the suite of plugins and themes about a year ago and recently had a server meltdown and had to reinstall everything. The WP Tube Plugin Team reacted within a few hours of my request for assistance and immediately installed all the basic server settings that we missing after my reinstall.
The themes and plugins work beautifully but I can also recommend the support.

This is the worst wp tube, lying support full of bugs, slow performance, really avoid buying this !
This product is sold by Indian scammers !
the description is false and they have fraudulent ways of selling on their website(fake stock counter, fake sold copies counter, infinite discount)
