The jumper I ordered is awful quality and tiny. My boyfriend is disappointed as he can’t wear it. I’m being told I can’t return it which is in breach of their returns policy. AVOID!!!

I like the product but the customization needs updated it’s hard to see the colors and thread it should shout a preview using the options you choose. Also letting the customer know when to expect the package or telling them what shipping they are paying when the package will arrive but I like the concept so I’m willing to try it out.

As far as the website goes. It was fairly easy to work with. I havnt seen the product yet so I cant give rating for that yet. But I was happy that you did have a very big selection of sizes to pick from.

It's easy to customise and access different products. And I love the Christmas selection, and I'll also get one with my dog at some point

Fraudsters! I ordered a sweater for my wife on November 13, today is December 2 and there is nothing. Someone sue them for fraud, or I will.

I ordered a sweatshirt here for my husband in the size that he always wears. When we received the sweatshirt, it fit him almost 2 sizes down. I reached out to customer service about returning this and receiving my money back but they are putting the shipping back onto me so I wouldn’t receive a full refund. They even wanted me to take a picture of the product to show that it didn’t match with the correct sizing. The keep offering me a discount code which I don’t plan to use as their products don’t match their sizing chart and their customer service has been extremely poor.

Horrible company! Do not purchase from them!!! My product came in damaged, fraying all over the place, the sizing was not as advertised and the quality is very poor. I’ve reached out to their customer service department to try and make this right but they refuse to assist wanting to put extra cost back on me.

It was quite smooth and easy process and the customization was quite thorough. Can't wait to get my sweatshirt!

This company is a scam. I have been trying to get them to send me a corrected sweatshirt. I ordered the couples sweatshirts and on of them was sent with the wrong date format so they didn’t match. I asked for a corrected one since I ordered it the correct way. And they just keep saying that is their format which is a lie. You can see on their website that the date is supposed to be in format YYYYMMDD.

It was easy to navigate the site but I had trouble with the payment process. I don’t have an apartment number and it would not let me move on without putting something in that space. Otherwise I had no issues
