Great product, BAD customer service :-(
Second occasion I’ve had reason to contact Wow Hydrate ‘customer services’ & they’ve been equally unhelpful both times. This time I’d ordered six cases (four of which were the Pro version) & on delivery, two of the cases were wrong; they’d sent the cheaper tropical version instead of Pro and with no explanation nor a refund for the difference in price. I’ve emailed to complain, but no response received so I’ll be pursuing this through my credit card company. And I’ll definitely be ordering the product from another supplier in future!
