I orded a blu-ray box. Have now waited for 62 days and still now parcel from them? When contacting them it takes them two days to answer for them? Customer services is very bad! You don't know who is answer your mail? Am so tired of there bad service! I have askt to get my money back, but they say i have to wait 60 days before the can do anything? What kind of policy is that? When order they say 8-15 days delivery! This is a lie... It is impossible for them to deliver in 8-15 days! Don't even go here to buy anything! Warning! I have waited 62 days now and still no blu-ray box, and now money back?
