This company is so dishonest it’s unreal. I’ve ordered two brown wigs from them and put a skunk stripe in the straight one and wanted to lighten the shade slightly in the curly one so I did a 20 mins very diluted bleach bath. Anybody that does hair knows this is to preserve the curls and while bleach is naturally damaging this wouldn’t fry the hair. To my surprise hair came out of the frontal in clumps in some areas but is still intact in others despite being evenly submerged so I complained. Obviously they blamed me but that’s not the real issue, I lost my Klarna dispute which I don’t care about because I wasn’t able to provide all of my evidence and my bank will give me a chargeback anyway after seeing the correspondence with the company. They offered me a new frontal after the second dispute was raised and offering me chicken change during the first dispute. I thought a replacement frontal was a nice gesture. WRONG. They offered me a 613 (yellow blonde) straight frontal to add to a brown Burmese curly wig (which isn’t even Burmese curly by the way, it’s just deep wave). When I told them no they lied and said they offered me multiple options which isn’t true. They then offered me a natural colour if I drop my dispute and I said yes because its no problem seeing as the back of the wig is intact, I’d just dye it darker to match a black frontal. Anyone who does hair knows depositing colors like Adore doesn’t have chemicals or developer and is completely harmless on the hair. They said they refuse to send me a replacement frontal because I’m going to colour the hair I already paid for. At this point they’re a joke. I also said as my wig is 30” I’d need a 24” frontal minimum because any shorter it would look stupid. They keep lying and saying I’m asking for a 30” frontal. I don’t know if it’s a translation barrier or something but they’re pissing me off now and either way I have solutions in place to get my money back so if anything I was doing them a favour not the other way round. I don’t suggest buying curly hair from them, their straight wigs are ok but have a lot of flyaways and you’ll need a lot of product but they’re wearable for a couple days at a time.
I’ve been doing my own hair for 20 years at this point and I usually only buy 613 double drawn or raw wigs directly from trusted vendors so I know my stuff. I knew I was getting lower quality hair just not THIS low and now they’re treating me like I’m stupid.
Also the frontal will eventually start balding as I discovered via TikTok and the straight brown wig I bleached even started balding after I was singing its praises during my dispute and it’s balding from the parts that have been untouched by bleach.
If you want a wig that lasts a month or two max then it’s fine and that’s what I’d planned and paid for but I didn’t even get to wear my curly wig once which is what annoys me along with the company’s dishonest and gaslighting ways.
Update: They keep saying they won the Klarna dispute but Klarna didn’t let me submit all my evidence so there’s a complaint running at the moment against Klarna because they breached my consumer rights and dispute laws. The dispute and complaints team just haven’t spoken yet and my bank has already agreed to help me with a chargeback, I just had to follow the Klarna process to show I’m being reasonable. Me losing isn’t proof they didn’t send me a terrible wig, so the deflection is quite comical at this point because I’m not out of options and now I’ll be getting all of my money back when they could have just fixed the issue

So I rarely leave review but I was extremely satisfied with the customer service rep at wow angel! I had contacted them on WhatsApp asking if my order could be expedited, I wasn’t sure I would get a reply but I did and the answer was yes! I got my order 2-3days later! It was amazing, genuinely

I’ve been buying wigs from the wow angel WEBSITE for years and they have never let me down. They’re very honest and trusted, you can contact them for any questions pre and post ordering. You can request a video/picture of a product and they will try and send you a preview of it which is very good when buying a wig. Their products are definitely 100% human hair, true to length, full density and a full lace (I personally usually get 30 inches, 13x6, 250% density). Their customer service is professional and efficient considering the time differences. Love this company as the quality matches the price every time.

I ordered the hair but realised shortly after that I wanted a longer length. I whatsapped with the customer service team who responded immediately and was able to resolve my issue quickly and professionally. They were fast and extremely helpful and I cannot wait to receive my hair now. Customer Service was excellent!

I’ve always heard good reviews about this company. The day I messaged them asking for information about the wigs they were super friendly and willing to show me pictures of the product. They have been nothing but great customer service and the hair is beautiful!
