I ordered a frontal instead of a closure

I accidentally ordered a frontal instead of a closure and emailed the company to let them know. They responded quickly and professionally, offering to send me the closure and refund the difference. I really appreciate their fast and helpful customer service!

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service, I got my order wrong but after messaging them they sorted it out very quickly, and were very professional and welcoming. The wigs on here are high quality and would recommend to everyone.

Kind and sorted it out straight away

The person who I spoke to via email (Rose) was incredibly kind. I was worried about an order that I made and she sorted it out immediately with a replacement wig. Timely and effective communication, I am so happy with the service received.

amazing service

amazing service, 10/10! they were fast with their responses considering that we have different time zones. they were as well super accommodating when i had some issues regarding my wig’s arrival date as i had an important event i needed it for. the hair is beautiful, they did such a wonderful job customizing it, the density and length of the wig i purchased is true! thank you so much for your amazing, professional & quick service, you’ll definitely see me purchasing again!

Literally horrible

Literally horrible. I am a microinfluencer and I was really excited to do a wowangel review ever since I donated my hair. My hair came in literally nothing like the pictures. On the images it was a rich, dark brown. In real life, it was jet black roots, weird auburn/light ginger brown midshafts and ends. I didn't want to lie to my followers by making a good review on this. The quality is horrible and the hair was shedding BAD.

Please be aware that hand-dyed hair may present slight difference in color, and we have strict quality-check before shipping out the wig.

As for the jet black roots, it is demostrated on the product page as well; you can use concealer or simlar product to improve the overall appearance, thank you!
