DO NOT USE! The worst experience ever. Ordered a simple pair of earring in 2025. Was notified my earrings shipped January 16th with a tracking number. It never moved from their offices. I emailed REPEATEDLY with no response. After 8th email I finally got a request to resend the tracking number bc it didn’t work. It was the correct number and sent them a screenshot of the email they sent. No explanation, no apology, no we screwed up but they finally showed up after 3 more email requests got information on March 25th. Will NEVER, EVER recommend or buy again. SCAM

Steer clear. Wove is an absolute joke and scam. I placed an order for custom bracelets for my bridesmaids gifts and WOVE has completely soured the process. I was tossed around like a toy to multiple people, had to course-correct myself 10+ times (they were never proactive about transitioning me or following up on my order), they messed up my order TWO separate times and I STILL don't have all my bracelets.

They didn't create the correct quantity, so, after 12 weeks, I had to delay my asks. They told me it would take 4 weeks to correct. It's now 6 weeks later and they got the quantity wrong AGAIN, despite my clear instructions and telling them that I COULD NOT afford any more delays. 5 months after I started this process, I'm still left with missing bracelets. I was told all of this could be done in 6-8 weeks. The misappropriation on timing is baffling.

On top of all that, the quality control is just... The engravings are horribly scribbled etches (if that) and one of the bracelets has a completely different chain than the rest... I got girls and guys bracelets and there is one girl's bracelet that is different than the rest.

WOVE made something that should be so special and exciting the most stressful and disappointing process. There has been no offer of a refund or compensation for everything they messed up. They surely do not care about their customers.

UPDATE: Company now has fired their previous CEO and the jeweler I had worked with has returned. I was able to get in contact with them and they are remaking my ring now. They also sent back the other ring for me to wear in the meantime. I had an apology sent by the CEO the day after he learned of this issue. I have appreciated the quick action to right the problems. They also refunded the replica ring I did not receive.

Started out great and then quickly declined. My partner and I both ordered replicas and rings. The replicas were great. But then they stopped responding. We got my ring and then after waiting an extra month longer than expected, her ring came which was perfect. But then after comparing rings they had made mine with the wrong metal! We had multiple emails all saying the correct metal. They didn’t apologize or offer anything for the inconvenience- they just said they would remake it. We sent it back. Originally they said they would rush order the ring and then after following up they couldn’t find the ring we sent back. They eventually found it and then said it would take another 6-8wk. We reached out at 6w and they said it was “delayed”. We reached out the next week and they said they would check the status and get back midweek. We reached out this week and no response. We are getting married soon and still don’t have a wedding band since we have no real ring to see it with.
There’s also no way to contact them except email- so they just don’t respond.
I would NOT RECOMMEND spending any money here. At this point we might have to get a lawyer in order to get our money back.

My partner has been trying to get a ring made for 9 months. They gladly took her money ($8850) but we have not received a ring and we have lost all communication. This whole process has been filled with missed timelines, unkept promises and significant stress. Just to highlight a few things: - they sold the diamond we chose to another buyer, and picked one out on our behalf without telling us -when we asked for a refund, they claimed they had to charge a 20% restocking fee (to restock what??) - promises to ship the ring on October 6 (we have not heard from them since Sept 23 despite multiple attempts to reach them)

They have completely ruined what should have been a very special moment. They also insinuated my partner wasn't spending enough to get a quality product.

Doing an online order of a custom ring seemed a little unwise but I went for it anyway. I reached out to wove and they got the process started immediately. Within a week or two they had helped me sketch the ring and create a 3-D rendering of what the ring would look like. I was a little nervous with how it might turn out, but it was beautiful. My fiancé is in love with it. They expedited shipping which required a signature upon arrival. I received the ring within 3 days of them shipping it. The rings came in a beautiful green box with two smaller ring boxes for the individual rings. They also sent a report from the IGI which gave some details regarding the ring. This reassures the buyer that what they received is legitimate. I’m very very happy with the process and the product and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to use an online custom ring designer.

I worked with Mary Caroline and had a wonderful experience designing my custom engagement ring! She was quick to respond and answered all of my questions. I was super impressed with her knowledge of ring designs and couldn't believe how easy the process was! She helped me make a custom set so the wedding band fit with the engagement ring perfectly!

Mary Caroline understood exactly what I wanted to the smallest detail and I am so happy I chose to custom design my ring with Wove!

If there were a 6th star MC with Wove would have earned it! My experience with Wove was seamless, from telling them what I needed to having design discussions with my designer Mary Caroline, to receiving my husband's custom wedding band in a matter of 2-3 weeks! I was amazed by her responsiveness and the quality of the piece I received. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company and my experience!

Wove is the best company I've ever worked with. You get a custom replica ring made and sent to your home for you to try on before purchasing your real ring, which is definitely the selling point here.

The replica experience was so cool! My girlfriend and I worked with Kendall, who was kind, creative, and easy to work with. She helped us craft our design, and then we got our replica the following week to try out.

For us, it helped us have confidence in the design of our final ring.

My experience with Wove was incredible. I wanted a unique and one of a kind set and they made it happen. After talking with Andrew and meeting with MC on a Zoom call, things just went together seemingly. If you want superb customer service, and a truly one on one experience, I would highly recommend this place. I had no idea what I wanted and MC walked me thru and made a truly unique and special ring and band. Honestly I was a little worried on the beginning, but they eased my mind quickly and I can't brag on this place enough. I'm not one to leave reviews, good or bad, but here's to show how much I appreciate this company and they did for me. For the money you spend on jewelry, you should definitely go with a place that will not be pushy and show you kindness, respect, and gratitude

Super dissapointed. Input my budget and my expectations on the online tool that gathered information. Then meet with Kendall via Zoom. Tell her everything I want and my budget. Says they don’t usually take my budget by she’d see if they could do me a favor. Never said what I wanted couldn’t be done for the budget. Then gets me to pay $100 for them to design it. They send me the design and it looks like a ring on Etsy minus some bling. I let her know I was disappointed and it looked nothing like what we spoke about. She said for my budget I couldn’t get what I wanted and had to settle for simple. I was floored. I should have been told this before I paid. I should have been told they can’t accommodate my desires for my budget. I should have been told what they could/could not do for my budget. Which was nothing to scuff at. Why take my business if it’s beneath you? For my budget I got a one of a kind amazing ring that had everything I asked for and MORE elsewhere. Don’t waste your money. They just redesign rings online and steal your money.

Update: Just read your response. Ridiculous. You have reached out to me telling me how my review hurts your business and you’d like it taken down. As for the refund- you should have done that several years ago when this incident took place and have not to date. You don’t need to talk to me to give me my money back. Your holding my money hostage so I’ll drop the review. Actions speak louder than words sir.
