I placed an order on 2 Feb and fully paid. No information on delivery date, stock availability. Tried to contact Wound Care Shop but no response from them. This make me feel so sad. If they take my money and WENT AWAY!!!!???? A fruad??? Please at least sent an email to let me know my order is under processing....

after about one week, you still haven't delivered my order and i have tried to contact you to give me an estimated date for delivery but you have answered nothing...

It’s been a week and I still not have been confirmed whether my order has been shipped out, and if it has, no information was given about the courrier and the tracking ref

I wish I can have feedback for my order status which had been sent out for more a week but no feedback at all.

Same experience as previous comment, try to send email inquiry but no reply at all. And made a phone call, when I told the customer service representative my order info. and he answered in a second that they will try to send out my stuff over the weekend as my call is made on Tuesday, and of course not being proceeded. Disappointed!

I have sent submission several time to get back my login password but no reply email at all. All I wanna check is whether my order has been processed or not. I have even made a phone call but the guy answered that they will try to send out my stuff over the weekend as my call is actually made on Friday. I feel really disappointed about the services as I have made full payment already.

Had a difficult time finding my account as a returning customer. Never did then forgot password and could not reset password nothing was sent to my e-mail. I did sign in as new member and was able to place my order. The order was confirmed. Could be me, not sure,still frustrating. Thank you

No response after sending multiple emails on estimated delivery or at least the order of receiving the masks relative to other customers, I understand the amount of orders but it shouldn’t take a long time to reply to customer queries given that there are customer service staff that are hired to respond to questions and emails...

The order placing process was smooth but I see no progress update on my order for a week after the order was placed. I sent two inquiries to woundcare via online form but no feedback is received so far. I’m quite disappointed at the customer service efficiency and I’d love to hear the responses to my inquiries soon.

Did not get any response on my enquiry. Disappointed.
