Really great service and people! Got recommended by my friend who had the loveliest lashes that looked unbelievably natural yet so long and stunning.

So the WhatsApp helper operator was great and very friendly. The product is good, a bit pricey but that’s still the best available at the moment on the market. It has been okay!

Top tier customer service and product!

I bought 10 pairs of magnetic eyelashes from them. The team was very responsive and friendly, and they helped me with my promotional code issue without fuss.

They also informed me of shops on third-party platforms (AliExpress) that sell counterfeit and provided proof, which was very helpful in aiding my dispute process with AE to get a refund.

The order came with a lot of freebies, too. I will definitely order again! Everything arrived very quickly, within 7 days in the UK.

Tip: If you have rounder eyes, it might be worth it to get the plus size (the ones longer than the standard ones)!

ATTENTION TO EVERYONE!! The lashes don’t work for people with wider, flatter eyes. The lashes are not long enough to cover the whole width of my eyes and the super rounded applicator only let’s me apply it on the middle of my eye space. Which leaves the outer corner of my eye empty and makes the lashes look more unnatural than they already look. Also the magnets are super visible and uncomfortable, so bad quality over all. The website also said I would receive some sort of gell, but I didn’t receive that.
So over all I wasted over 100 franks for nothing!!

The company is pretty receptive to customer suggestions and their employees are quite friendly 😊 The lashes themselves can be a bit short depending on your eye shape and there's a bit of a learning curve in the application but I'm pretty happy with them so far! I'd say I struggle less with these lashes than glue-on lashes

Website is easy to use and customer service is super responsive. Their whatsapp raffles are super fun too.

WOSADO is a great and trustworthy company. The lashes are high quality and if you join the WhatsApp group you get many offers and updates for new products or coupon codes. On the 28th every month, there are games you can play with the members, sometimes you can get a free order as well if you’re lucky!! All in all there’s nothing to complain about but the lashes are a little bit on the pricier side, but I think that’s ok :)

I’ve ordered three different time and each time I am happy with the way the lashes are. They also do small games and giveaways on their socials which has gotten me two free lashes. I love them all and I love that I can try different styles. Their customer service is also great as they quickly clear up any misunderstandings.

Amazing Customer service! They have a Whatsapp groupchat for all members where you can ask all inquiries and share your experiences with other customers. They also try very hard to meet any expectations possible. The lashes have also been just as great, very light and delicate but as long as you take proper care and precautions they last for a super long time and look absolutely stunning!! I don't think i'll ever change to any other lashes as long as i have these.

Superb experience with the service team. Everything was dealt with promptly. Questions are answered directly in a group chat, not by a bot. Special requests can be made. Delivery was on time and received within 7 days. Received freebies too. Quality of product is high and definitely not a cheap make.

i love these lashes and the customer service is great. the applicator that came with my lashes broke about a week after i got them and they replaced it quickly and easily!
