These people WILL NOT respond to an email or answer the phone or call u back! I ordered a stencil printer that was NOT CHEAP from these clowns on shop over 2 weeks ago. IT says waiting details still so I asked for a refund and can not get a response. They have a Colorado address and a California number. Don't waste your time or hard earned money on these Aholes.

I ordered a few hundred quid worth of stuff I got my parcel which was literally a few tiny inks a pack of needles and a manual for my tattoo pen! Which would be useful if it actually came! Iv reported the pen being missing but had no response what so ever! I do also have a stencil printer on its way I can only hope and pray it’s in there! If not I will be staying clear although the tracking says the pens been delivered? So confused and disappointed! If it does come with my printer I will update everyone!

I would rate it zero stars if I could. I ordered a machine kit about a month ago and have received absolutely no communications from the merchant. No order confirmation, no shipping details, and when I tried to email them, I have gotten no response. I have tried calling them at different numbers. One of which had the message of this phone number does not exist. DO NOT ORDER from this company.

I ordered a printer and while back and they sent me the totally wrong printer. Some old 2016 model and was not even close to the printer I ordered. Paid almost 200 dollars for it. Tried to contact them and they asked for a picture of the shipping label. I did and never heard anything back from them..been over a year..the printer I bought was nowhere close to the quality of a printer off temu. Other than that ive bought numerous items from them and they all came through. Other than this printer. 2 stars..

I bought 4 wormhole tattoo machines for my apprentices to use as apart of their apprenticeships. Two machines went faulty only after 3 months. After endless emails to the company. They stopped responding to me. All I wanted was the machines to be replaced not a refund.I do not advise anyone to purchase their product. These machines aren’t worth the money you pay for. Money lost but lesson learned.

Honestly, I will give it a zero if I could I was started with reading everybody else’s reveals after making my order, realizing that I was either not going to get track codes and numbers or either it was gonna pop up. I was trying to give it the benefit of the doubt because I heard the guns were nice and that you get good quality for Something cheaper. But when I made my order, I didn’t get any tracking numbers when I got tracking numbers it gave me tracking numbers to something that’s not even close to me, and then it was supposed to be delivered yesterday to me and I never received it. It was never dropped off near where I told them to for delivery and at this time I just want customer service so I can get a full refund. They are a scam and I would not trust anything from them anymore . Unless on Amazon.

Cool beginner machines, very satisfied and easy to get started

I am an Army Soldier and bought from Wormhole directly, horrible experience. First of all they charged me for expidited shipping even if product didnt qualify for it. Why they didnt build that into their website was 1st shady sign. Especially that you had to open a tab to see message to see that battery didnt qualify for express shipping. But they sure took money. Then customer service through Shop service was a nightmare. Later found that their shipping was late and cheaper through Amazon. Jerks wouldnt price match after their order was late, and all other previous plroblems. Buyers beware!

I ordered a power cord and have yet to receive it.

Tracking tool is not that accurate and I did not know it was delivered to the gift recipient. Other than that- Quick turn around.

Fixed my first delivery problem that my mail person caused.

The team at Wormhole Tattoo showed great dedication and commitment during the holiday season. My order arrived weeks ahead of schedule, and I was able to tease it at Thanksgiving.

The items were securely contained within cardboard within a firm box(similar to the kind alcohol glasses come in). This was shipped inside a perfectly sized cardboard box and provided absolutely no room for shipping damages.

The items themselves have yet to be used as they are a Christmas gift, but I'm thoroughly impressed thus far.
