0 stars would be more appropriate for this company The purchase was via WOWCHER with Worldwidewatches.co.uk a Merchant Provider.
Between WOWCHER and WWW, i was fed one lie after another. I also later discovered that the RRP referred in the discount was over inflated by £200. After weeks of requesting my money back, B.S from them both claiming it had been sent providing false DPD tracking number, i informed them that i had reported the matter to my bank Barclays and raised a formal complaint with VISA stating fraud and theft of my hard earned money which i could ill afford to lose. After reporting them and feeding back the details to WOWCHER, within 4 hours a mysterious i.e single letter name deposited the monies back to my account. If anyone else is ripped off by either WOWCHER or WWW, report it to VISA as they obviously didn't want their attentions.
AWFUL, Awful, bloody awful, both of them!

I ordered a watch on the 25th November and was told it will arrive before 16th December.

16th January and it’s still not here and had no update from them other than an automated reply. Really disappointing.

Ordered a watch via woucher on the 30th November for my sons birthday 21/12. Due to arrive via DPD (9.99postage) on or before the 6th December. Never arrived. I tried contacting them via phone and email but kept getting automated replies. I never actually got a personal reply. I continued to try, in the hope I would have it before Christmas. But still nothing. Finally arrived the 5th January, with postage only being sent on the 4th, so not DPDs fault. I will never use again!
