Both Anthony and Sam provided excellent service in setting up our home computer systems. Their patient discovery and demonstrations of our problems, combined with excellent solutions was truly exceptional.

This company "upsold" my mother-in-law into paying $1000 for Norton. She was installing a printer and accidentally ended up on a website that looked *very* similar to HP’s printer setup website. The printer setup kept failing using their site, and she kept being prompted to chat with someone via a chat feature on the site. That turned into a phone call where they said she didn’t have good anti-virus and they signed her up with “ NORTON LIFETIME , PLATINUM,+ Unlimited- $999.99 Technical Support”. Fortunately, she called us for help, and we were able to interrupt the process. She was also able to halt the charge with the credit card.

In response to the company's reaction to my review, I would suggest searching for "FTC IT service scam" and checking out the FTC's guidance on these types of services. The company did not pretend to be HP, but that's about all the credit I will give them. Much of my mother-in-law's experience occurred as described by the FTC. And yes, a complaint has been filed with the FTC.

This seems to be a scam service. Although they "help" you with your computer issues, they will charge you hundreds, if not over a thousand dollars, by upselling you things like a lifetime subscription to Norton, etc. Do not use this service/company. STAY AWAY!!!

Sam Johnson set up my printer AND my computer with new & better protection just now. He worked diligently and went WAY out of his way to explain many things to me. His expertise, friendliness and knowledge instilled confidence in him. He is a great asset to your company and deserves a commendation for his many abilities. Thank you for hiring such wonderful people to work with your customers. I am delighted to have met him and to use his services!

my experience was far different than most. They are in my opinion far superior to others. However I don't use them. While they had remote use of my computer I panicked, got the feeling I was being scammed. Big mistake. To show it wasn't a scam , they immediately refunded my money. Troube with everything on the internet is...how can you ever be sure your not being scammed. It's really a huge problem

I am so thankful Sharon was my tech. She is a rare and wonderful person, highly intelligent, kind, patient and understanding and resolved all my issues. She also restarted my Toshiba where another company said the computer was not working and needed to be replaced. Which I am beyond grateful. She is an exceptional worker and fortunate to have been able to work with her.
