Asked a question - excellent response
Phoned them up and asked about the product. Quickly answered when I called (no waiting for thirty min) and very knowlegable lady who answered all my queries clearly. Took me five min and that included buying it. The other thing I liked was that it wasn't answered from a call centre thousands of miles away. Well done

Fantastic service
Fantastic service — fast and extremely kind. I was able to renew my existing policy with incredible ease. In the past I also needed a refund, and that too was extremely quick and easy to request.

Very slow admin and prices have doubled
You took a full working week to inform me that your offer (approx 6 weeks old) was no longer valid and that the premium had increased by nearly 100%. I needed the insurance in a hurry and this delay made the purchase a waste of time as the premium was not processed by the start of the car hire period. 10 days to buy car insurance is not acceptable.
