I’m just a mere amateur gardener, but over the years I’ve purchased quite cheap secateurs not particularly thinking about the quality and robust product I was buying, but they’ve not lasted very long. So I decided this year before the start of the season I’d do a little research into buying a decent pair of secateurs, time and again Felco Secateurs’ came up and that's when it took me into the world of Felco. Amazing! what I learnt I didn’t want to go too expensive but the site helped me to make my choice. I’m now waiting for my secateurs to arrive looking forward to using them and hopefully will last me in the coming years.
I've given a 5 star for the sheer bril! site information on their product.

Website great to use and I found the correct parts for my Felco secateurs no problem. Ordered 10 am and the parts delivered the next morning.

Ordering was really simple and straightforward, cost was competitive, delivery quick and simple and product exactly quality and type I was hoping for! Recommend very highly! thanks

The Felco website is comprehensive and easy to navigate. I ordered spare parts for my secateurs, which arrived very promptly. My only complaint would be that I needed odd parts from different kits and it wasn't possible to order each part separately.

The Felco website offers good advice on care for its products, and good service for replacement parts

I wanted decent kitchen scissors and the ones with the best reputation and guarantee were offered by this company at a cheaper price than Amazon plus free delivery. I was informed of each part of the order/dispatch process and they arrived next day, well packed and in brand new condition. I am happy!

I tried ordering online and the website didn't display correctly.
It had no parts diagram and no parts list next to it.

I tried with two different browsers.

I called to place the order instead and was told by the chap who answered, that he couldn't process the order, and that a member of sales would call me back in 15 minutes.

I received no phone call and after three hours of waiting, tried the website again.
Now it was working and I placed the order online.

1. If you say you're going to call, then call.
2. A little less attitude, I'm not a moron, you're website wasn't working.

Generally a little below average experience.

The customer who I'm buying the parts for, has told me their products are fantastic to use, shame the customer service can't match it.

I found the website very easy to use, the spare parts info' is clearly displayed. The order arrived in a timely manner. Genuine Felco parts, as ordered. The packaging was appropriate. JMS

All good, except the order for the tool did not work on my iPhone. Fortunately I use an iPad as well. Was not able to get past the page entering g the personal details on the phone

Well I really wasn't expecting delivery in less than 24hrs, but I got it. And although the sharpening blade is smaller than I imagined it will still do very nicely. Thankyou

Great service and very fast delivery just before Christmas

I would not hesitate to recommend Felco to anyone requiring secateurs. Their products are reliable, easy to maintain and long lasting and infinitely more effective that any others I have tried. They offer a tremendous range of secateurs to suit any size and shape of hand. The only reason that I have had occasion to buy more for myself is that due to problems with my right elbow requiring surgery I have now bought left handed ones so that I can do as my surgeon has recommended and reduce the strain on my right elbow by using both left and right hands.
Every aspect of Felco service is excellent from an easy to use website, rapid delivery service with no money being taken until dispatch of product to a first class after sales service.
I just wish that many other companies would take a leaf out of their book and operate as efficiently.

Have have had my present pair of felco no 2 for the best part of 30 years broke blade and lost the spring last week. So decided to treat myself to a new pair. They are the best on the market and I wouldn't use anything else as a gardener I use them nearly every day.
Ordered my new pair on Thursday night and were here today and have used them already. Great service from your company and I will probably get my old pair fixed in the spring as a backup.
