I order few items and accidentally picked one of the dices in a wrong color but it was fixed with just a plain e-mail. Items just arrived and they are absolutely awesome.
There is a huge selection of dices, and a lot of them look absolutely stunning.
Very nice selection of beautiful dice and great quality for both dice and equipment. I also had luck with the mystery bag of sharpies where i got beautiful dice that normally cost a lot more and that i probably would not have bought myself.

Immediately after ordering I noticed that I accidentally chose the wrong delivery adress and wrote an E-Mail to support and the CEO personally wrote back 10 minutes later on a Sunday 10 PM and got it sorted out!
