Excellent Service and Great Quality Books.
Excellent service and the books are in excellent condition. Service is great as I received someone else's order one time by mistake. I was told to keep those books and the ones I ordered arrived two days later. I will always go here first before looking elsewhere, and they sell brand new books aswell.

Yet another order to this shower of…
Yet another order to this shower of wannabes has been corrupted by "damaged in storage". Are the warehouse staff such a bad butter fingered team of incompetents or do the price-checkers spot an item is being sold too cheaply? This "damaged" item excuse has happened to more about ten times and Wob's apologies are empty and uncaring of any disappointment incurred by the customer. They offer a refund or exactly identically priced replacement as if they are doing you a big favour and how gracious of them? They never offer a gift token to compensate the fact that they have not accomplished the service of providing the item you have paid for. They advertise an item as "very good" or "like new" and yet it is "damaged" and they have your money for days. Nice business if you can get away with it. A company of b.s.ers. They give this false purpose of saving the planet by selling second hand goods when I bet the executives are all driving big range rovers on company tax purposes. They hate me because I can see right through their Brit awards b.s. Their apologies are like confetti at a modern day wedding.
