World Nomads my go to travel insurance
I have used World Nomads for my travel insurance for all my international trips.
I have only once had trip interruption due to a family member’s poor health and World Nomads made it easy to file a claim. I also find it easy to apply for trip insurance with World Nomads.

I contacted the company to see if a pre-existing condition that I had was covered. I was happy when I called and had Kevin (a real person) answer. He did not have the answer at hand, but was able to get it sent to me thru an email. Thank you for making my experience personable.

I have been a loyal customer for years. Their recent website is sadly unusable.
I am trying to view past policies. It's very hard to find. Many are missing.
There is no button to log out. I would like to see if I log in a different way, are my policies visible?
Every time I click on the hamburger menu > member, a new tab with the exact same contents pops open. Now I have ten tabs open.
The cookie consent dialogue box is aggressive, giving sliders with options, but I can only exit with "Save all" or "Reject all." Then why provide choices if there are no choices?
Everything is designed to funnel you into making a quote, but I no longer trust this company to provide good insurance if they cannot let me see whether or not I bought a policy.
Is this new website vibe coded? The quality is such a mess, I don't know what is going on.
Update: I left a review here because the contact form is broken. Please fix that, or let me know an alternative way to reach you.
