World Nomads was recommended by my daughter who is a former user and it trully was a great experience. A very explicit web site easy to naviegate and offering great chioces with decent prices a good coverage. So far, the comunication is very good.

How to buy an annual plan??
I am only "reviewing" the research phase of buying a policy. I wish to buy an annual plan, and clicked on their link to do so, but after asking details, including only 1 set of trip dates, it gives me a quote that says nothing about being good for any longer than that 1 trip. Very confusing and misleading. Am I getting a quote for an annual period or just for the one trip I entered?

Logging into my account is impossible
World nomads is simple to use. I do it for every trip. The problem I have every single time as I am unable to l log on. I’ve even called your company for technical support, use different browsers, etc. it would be really nice to be able to actually log into my account so I can keep track of different trips. Super frustrating.
