First class tour to Mille Miglia 2023
The information concerning the individual segments of this trip were well explained in advance. After the initial welcome meeting it was clear where we were going and what we were doing. The group trip guides Tangye and Tia were bundles of fun and truly professional in their approach. The drivers were very knowledgeable about the road network helping to be kept on schedule. My son and I recently attended the last PSG match in Paris, which was organised by World Choice Sports and what an amazing and unforgettable experience!! Everything was brilliant from start to finish. Communication was excellent and we received the match tickets well in advance of our departure, which I know from experience was in itself a rare and fantastic thing. We stayed in a lovely hotel in a gorgeous area of Paris too. I’ve been on many football breaks in the past with other companies and I’ll certainly be using World Choice Sports from now on. From start to finish, our trip to Paris was superbly organised by Worldchoice Sports. The hotel was lovely with very friendly staff and great location for Metro access. The football experience at PSG was faultless with fantastic seats and I would highly recommend Worldchoice Sports. We'll definitely be planning another trip soon!

One of the worst companies to deal…still ongoing
One of the worst companies to deal with. Took out an offer with Wowcher for London and a West End show. There was a list of hotels to choose from so looked at them, spoke to the hotels about parking provisions in relation to availability. I took the offer with World Choice Sports and straight away informed me I could not have my choice in hotel and had to choose from another list of hotels. They don’t factor in I am disabled and need a space in a room and close parking as well as a twin room, instead I am offered a double room with hotels that don’t have parking. I am going round in circles and then they wish me to upgrade tickets for the theatre to sit in the stalls. Apparently they only offer seats in the circles. Total inefficiency in factoring essentials and constantly trying to get me to take a lower hotel which is miles from where I wish to be. This company is a shambles and not tailored to the client. Really how can a hotel be full with them, but I can book direct for the same dates? I have even confirmed an alternative hotel but keep being asked what I actually want. They don’t know what they are doing very clearly. Could it be down to profits not being as lucrative hence for making up such rubbish about the hotels being booked?
Keep well clear and avoid.

Hello and thank you for your review. I do have a number of points that we need to address:
1 - Not all hotels that we offer on the voucher deal are available for all dates. Typically the closer we are to the desired date, the less availability will remain. We always try to offer at least one or two hotels which are on the list but as per the terms & conditions we will also offer suitable alternatives of an equal or better standard. Hotel availability may drop even over the course of a single afternoon.
2 - We will only confirm a hotel after we have consulted you with the options and you are happy to proceed, and we have received written confirmation. Up to this point, you are at liberty to approach the voucher supplier for a refund.
3 - We do not offer parking with our offers. If you wish to arrange parking, this is to be arranged yourself.
4 - Tickets in the stalls of a theatre (ground level) are significantly more expensive than tickets in the circle (upper tier). You may upgrade to sit in the stalls but this is something which would come at additional cost. We do not set the pricing for theatre seats!
5 - You are free to book your choice of hotel which you had decided before even contacting us for the exact date that you want but be prepared that they may either have low availability or that for certain dates, they may be charging significantly higher rates.
I object to your assertation that we don't know what we are doing. Your complaint lies with a 3rd party , not us. Nothing was ever confirmed, nothing was ever redeemed. We took no ownership of this booking.

Firstly you did not pay us, you paid Wowcher. We were merely acting as a booking agent.
Secondly, you were offered a range of 4* hotels by phone and email but as you wanted a date so soon, there was very limited availability. You were informed by email of the hotel star rating (see below) which is still rated 4* on google and Tripadvisor.
Furthermore you contacted the office by phone only yesterday evening to see if you could change the date of your stay only last night - however as it was the day before you were scheduled to go, there is literally nothing that could be done.
The 1* review is grossly misrepresentative of the service you have received from us.
