Simply terrible.
Don't trust anything they commit to.
They will not pay refunds, even though they are contractually obliged. They never answer the phone or respond to voicemails.
Next stop .... small claims court, as they owe our charity over £2000.

I have never experienced such aggressive sales - Forced to take a 3 year contract, if I wanted to keep the number. Fast forward and I have spent months trying to cancel the line. Refusing to give me cancelation costs until I give them notice. They gave me these two years ago and it was cheaper to continue with the contract than pay the exit penalty. Completely unhelpful and have spent 2 years paying for a line that I haven't needed.
There are numerous companies out there that do a much better job - AVOID at all costs.

Great sales pitch with a very eager sales person, kept turning up to my place of work unannounced asking me to sign more and more papers after signing the initial contract, stupidly didn’t think anything of it as he said it was part
Of the same paper work I already signed. Machine arrived before agreed date which I had to pay the rental for, even tho the machine wasn’t needed, had 6 men standing around my studio like they owned the place and decided to place the printed where it wasn’t intended to go.
I since then have been billed a higher rental then agreed in person but somehow that’s just the way it is, also have been billed for photocopying that hasn’t accrued. Over all discusted with this trash company! AVOID!!!!

Not impressed, great sales pitch but then fobbed off with a 5 year contract when we had only talked about a 3 year contract, stupidly trusted the guy and did not read the whole contract. Promised we could change the amount of copies no problem that was a big hassle too!
