This restriction has led to unfavorable experiences for many, including myself.

In my case, I resorted to sharing my WhatsApp number with a client to facilitate clearer communication and a deeper understanding of their project needs. Remarkably, the client proceeded to hire me and fully funded the project. However, Workana took punitive measures against my account, banning it as a result. It's worth noting that I hold a HERO-ranked status as a developer on Workana. Despite my numerous appeals, Workana has not been receptive to my requests, leaving me frustrated by what seems to be an inflexible approach to a singular and inadvertent "mistake."
