Workana is a terrible scam.
They block many freelancers' accounts, refuse to return their earnings, and don't respond to contacts.
They seem to be struggling financially and using this method to cover their employees' living expenses.

As I wait to begin my remote work experience, Workana is a great help in speeding up the process toward that goal. The content in the Accelerator plan is very valuable, and it will undoubtedly benefit me when it comes to making my first contacts.

My experience has been great because the trainings are clear, well-structured, and easy to follow. They really help to feel confident and prepared before starting to work. I appreciate the effort the company puts into making everything simple and supportive for freelancers. It shows they care about giving us the right tools to succeed.

THERE ARE MANY THINGS TO IMPROVE FIRST. THERE ARE MANY SPAM PROJECTS. LIKE SOMEONE COME AND JUST POSTS A PROJECT AND DOES NOT HAVE BETTER BENEFITS OF MEMBERSHIP. SO YOU CAN SAY IT'S A WASTE OF TIME

The Acelerator of Workana is a great tool to understand how work as a freelance, as they give valuable information to understand all issues ralated. Furthermore, in the platform you can find all the support to the freelancers and the comunity. Also it´s safe and reliable

Well, honestly, this world is new to me, but because the program "the accelerator" by workana, I can understand how to be a freelancer. Only I can say thanks.

I found very kind people at Workana, both the mentors and the other support staff, and even the first time contact. That´s satisfactory por me, because I feel supported and I hope it continues throughot my entire freelancer journey. The training modules, althoug extensive, are easy to understand, as the videos too.

I paid for a service for a freelancer but my account was banned and they got my money and didn't gave back ob my card, the status of the payment was verifying and then I was logged out and my money stay with them.

I believe it is a SCAM. Too much only just for approval .. I don't want this kind .. Who are them? -- they probably don't even know what they are talking about. certainly they don't know 3D industry. No Thank you.
They only want your money! Don't fall for it.
So many scams around the world!

I did have to pay for The Accelerator program, but I think for someone who it’s new to this type of job, it’s great, they gave a lot of insights on the freelance world and help you to create the best profile for you to start, as well as giving you a year of access to the explorer plan.

I received information and preparation first hand, in a pleasant way, very didactic, giving me indelible knowledge to start working remotely and independently.

They spam several times a week for no reason with messages like “your profile, as it is now, does not yet meet the requirements we look for at Workana to be approved.”

and then next pressure to the paid moderation in next message like

Thank you very much for this beautiful experience. It has been something new and enriching for me. To be honest I have never heard about most of these platforms but I am sure that whith your help and my effort and dedication I am going to reach all my goals.

Is a great Company with very good services in teaching you essentials lessons

Sadly. it forces you to make a payment so your profile is verified. And once it is, you can only apply to 2 jobs a week! First time I did it, one was a scam. Ended up realizing I need to wait another week. If you want to apply to more jobs you need to pay a monthly or yearly fee .. basically they make money off of you. I also tried to contact customer service. Doesn’t exist. Only if you pay a monthly or yearly fee. Insane. Don’t recommend!

Unlike other freelance pages, Workana tries to get involved and help you in the process of becoming a new freelancer at the site. The certification program is a bit expensive for my liking but it seems that it will help me get very good results.

I found the training very useful to start my career as remote freelancer.

Terrible service. Basically, if you're either new to the freelancing world or have little experience in working online, they just tell you you're not good enough and have to compulsively buy their moderation process to get in. They tell you that "oh, you might not get in and we'll give you your money back" but of course it is a scam, why the hell would they not accept free money to have a mongrel pay for a website that might or might not let them work because of experience? Screw the newcomers, I guess. They say they have a moderation team, but all their messages and pop-ups are automatic- like heck they wouldn't automate such a thing as people getting in.

I feel so happy to be part of the rainer accelerator in workana,all the team support fotr any situation, i think that all the knowledge in this course is very useful to my professional life like a freelancer

I’ve followed every step required by Workana’s platform: formal complaint, arbitration, documentation, and direct communication with staff.

Initially, I was in contact with a Workana team member who, days later, informed me that she was no longer working with the company — without offering any handover or continuity in my case. After that, I was contacted by Candela García, Head of Marketing at Workana, who requested detailed information regarding the situation.

I responded promptly and shared everything she asked for.

That was over a week ago, and I have not received any follow-up, update, or even acknowledgment since then. This situation has now extended to more than a month since the initial issue — and yet, Workana continues to withhold my money without providing any real support or accountability.

What began as a simple service dispute has turned into a complete abandonment of responsibility on Workana’s part. I am sharing this publicly not out of frustration alone, but as a warning to others who might be considering trusting this platform.
