First of all, your products are INCREDIBLE quality. Second of all your customer service during a difficult transaction (caused by Canada post strike) was resolved effortlessly and successfully. Our canada post order was cancelled and re-sent with UPS instead so that we receive our order on time for our holiday party... and that is just customer service quality you don't see much nowadays. Thank you to the agent that helped our organization, his name is ROSS !! SUPERSTAR!!!! 10/10 Will purchase again in the future for sure.
