I will definitely recommend them to EVERYONE!!

Very affordable, the PC I built would've cost me R10 000 more at other shops, and moving from a laptop to this is like playing with new toys on Christmas day.

Not only did they send me follow-ups regarding the build of my PC but they communicate anything and everything, keeping me in the loop all the time.

They also made sure to let me know of possible upgrades I can look at to optimize my system like my mother board I chose does not support the built-in cooling fans LED lights and my stock cpu cooler would need to be upgraded to a liquid cooling fan if I would run my cpu at 100%.

They made sure to let me know what my system would need in order to run it at optimized power but they made sure the system was stressed tested thoroughly to give me a fully working system.

2 weeks later and the PC has not even frozen or run at max capacity even once.

I bought my Wootbook Ultra Y16 from Wootware a year and a half ago.

Pricing and Specs:
I paid R27K, and it came with a 240Hz WQXGA display, 32GB DDR5 RAM, a 1TB SSD, RTX 4060, and Ryzen 7 8845HS. Similar laptops with these components sold then for 40K+, and always had worse displays and less RAM. The value for money is the best I've ever seen hands down.

Product Review:
After actively using my Wootbook every day for work, intense gaming, and all kinds of things for more than a year, it still performs the same as the day I bought it. I have had no problems with the laptop and the thermals are spectacular! During heavy usage, temps max out at roughly 84C, which is spectacular for a gaming laptop, let alone one a year and a half old.

The chassis is well built and hardy, and the components are very well matched. I have never had any bottlenecking issues. The display is my favourite part. The colours and low latency are exceptional, and the 1600p 240hz WQXGA is sharp and perfect for anything from gaming to art to film.

The software does not come with any Acer or ASUS style bloatware, I got a windows 11 with no extra "features" that cause problems.

Maintaining the laptop is easy. When thermals start to get high, I simply remove the back of the laptop and blow out the dust with pressurised air. It's an easy process.

Customer Service:
Customer service is fantastic. Any questions I have or help I need is answered quickly, and it just works.

This laptop is one of my best purchases, and I'll continue to buy from Wootware exclusively for computers.

Wootware has amazing customer service and good prices, I have bought from them many times and recently had to return a SSD, they have now collected it and working on a replacement. I will be buying from them again

Terrible customer & delivery service. Don't waste your time shopping here unless you're willing to wait weeks for an in-stock item.

Ok! This is not a review influenced by anyone or anything. I had to buy a new computer after my Dell XPS 15 expired after 8 years of life. I Decided to have a desktop purposefully built for Davinci Resolve, Photoshop and LRC. I checked in with three computer companies and after a laclustre response from two of them i settled on wootware computers because their response time was just scary, even after hours. The select build option is amazing, truly an industry benchmark. JOSHUA ROOD guided me through the selection process ensuring there was no incompatability or over design. Eventually we settled on a design and all the components and the completion of the build was planned for Dec 19 with delivery set for Dec 22. Well! The build, (Adrian) stress testing, completed well before expected completion date. Delivery was literally three days after the money appeared in their bank account. Final product, amazing. Securely packaged and even the components packaging is sent to you in a seperate box. Overall? just amazing customer service well beyond any experience ive ever had. Thank you Joshua Adrian and Woot.

Bought complete PC. Build it online and staff exceptional. Very professional.

Made a mistake on my order, and the support team got in-touch with me almost immediately to work out how to refund me the payment - keep in mind, I would have never known I made the mistake had they not reached out.

I've ordered from them a few times, and the service has always been exceptionally good!

I bought a R57 000 Workstation PC. When turning it on, it would not boot into Windows. I took a video and sent it to WootWare Support. Some "technician" advised me to "unplug all unessential items and try again". Seriously. Yet this was clearly a poor Windows installation. Since WootWare support was no help., I spent 4 hours reloading Windows from a USB stick.

Then, when rendering in Topaz Video AI, the computer would just randomly crash and reboot. This is clearly a hardware fault.

Obviously, I returned it for a full refund.

The irony is that I have ever only purchased 2 PCs from WootWare- and both had exactly the same problem!!

Obviously I would never consider buying from them again. I am now using Brutech. I'll see how this works out.

My experience has been terrible. I ordered a 34" Screen from wootware for a birthday gift. The screen arrived about a week later (it had to be ordered from the warehouse), but was DOA (dead on arrival). I contacted support (no number is available, just email) and was told to take picture of the screen to make sure I did not damage it. I took the pictures and sent them back immediately and showed no physical damange, and showed the problem clearly in the photos. They agreed and sent a courier to come fetch the screen for a return. The return was done within the same day (Friday). The screen arrived back with Wootware on Monday. On Tueday I emailed and followed up on the return. I was told that there was a backlog , and that the screen has not been tested. I kept following up for a week and everytime I was told that they had a backlog and had not tested it yet. After a week I got a message saying the screen had been tested, and the problem was exactly as described. I was old that the screen now had to be sent to the warranty agent to be tested. It has been another week now, and they still have not sent me a replacement, and are still waiting for the agent to test. Don't support this company, if you have any returns you will struggle.

Outstanding service, even during the holidays turmoil. Been buying from Wootware for over a year now, both in upgrading my own rig as well as building a new one. Even after a slight delay from their suppliers, they went above and beyond to accommodate me within my very limited time window before going on holidays. Good prices and a wide range of products to choose from. The payment process is a bit finicky, but it is safe, so I can not really complain.

Absolutely superb in every way. Ordered a 4080 super PC build from them. Everything from the date I placed the order to the date I received the pc, happened exactly how they informed me it would. Customer service is extremely helpful and fast to respond to any questions. PC arrived sooner than expected, which was amazing. The actual PC build was done perfectly, it looked like a showcase build with all the neet cable management. They also updated everything on the PC software and enabled Expo on the ram. Zero bloatware. I can not recommend them enough. Best PC/tech service in SA by far. I won't ever buy from any other place moving forward. Just brilliant.

Wootware is by far the best place for all your PC and Tech needs in South Africa, if your considering shopping elsewhere dont. just simply dont. With their beyond amazing customer service, quality of work and overall care, the people at Wootware are by far the best. I recently ordered a gaming pc using their PC builder on their site which was extremely easy, I also received a ton of help via their 'live chat' service and met some extremely friendly and helpful staff.
