Took a month to receive order

Took a month to receive order. Using DHL as delivery company does not work for me in my area.. and the dragon print pants aren’t as good as advertised.. you can bearly see the dragon print.. I would try to return them but I can only imagine what I would go through trying to get my money back.. I recommend shopping elsewhere...👎

Love my new Jacket

Love my new Jacket. I'm 5'10" and generally wear a 10, but because I have large shoulders I got a large. It was true to size, and I got a loose fit (which I wanted). Sits just below waist. Plenty of shoulder room. The sleeves run short though. Reversible good quality material, well put together.

Good experience

I was quite happy with my purchase in general. There were some shipping concerns (could not locate my address and returned to sender). The folks that I worked with to resolve shipping concern were great in replying to my inquiries, and updating any changes when possible.

i wasted my money

i wasted my money, i never recieved any of the things i orderd from youinstead you send a fake tracking link.. you are sending me an email on my email address but when ever i login with my email address it says i do nat have an account, thieves

I checked tracking nothing its about to…

I checked tracking nothing its about to be a month and still no package they give me a tracking number that don't work W.T.F if I receive my package ill change my review but till I do I think its a scam site.

Worst online store EVER

Worst online store EVER! Took a month to get what I ordered, I got the wrong size, they shipped another one, wrong size again, they said they will ship another one!! And after a month refunded me the money. 3 months for nothing! Stay away from them !

i ordered disco party light

i ordered disco party light. the product arrived and it was not working as it should.
i contacted the support and they gave me the choice between a new item or refund. i didnt want the refund and i want the disco party light
so they send me another one. i will wait to check the new product
if it is working properly.

Good after sales service

Good after sales service
After receiving my article, I noticed that the packaging was damaged by shipping. After contacting woopshop through his chat, I contacted the after-sales service via emails and woop shop returned the money that the item cost me. I will definitely buy again on the web due to the good support it has.
