They delivered a product which is not functioning. When i sent an email to return the item they geven me only the opportunity to send it to an adress in China. I have to pay EUR 52 for that, my product was EUR 81. Nietbezorgd helps me with these criminals.

I have never experienced a worse online experience. These guys are pure criminals. Ordered a “robust bar” from them. A package arrived 10 weeks later. The “bar” came completely unassemed, very flimsy wood. No instructions. Did not resemble the advertisement at all. “robust” as advertised. When I asked for their return information, I was told that they would only reimburse 25% of what I paid. That was also a lie.

Rake these guys over the coals. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !

This website is not scam, it is a little destructive in the communication and shipping process. The link to track shipping was disappeared after 10 days and the site couldn’t be reached so was i thought the same “scam”. It arrived and the item looks just fine, glad the anxiety was over.

DO NOT ORDER HERE! SCAM! They don’t supply your order and by reaching out to the customer service they will only inform you once a week thats your order is on it’s way. After weeks stil nothing. SCAM

I had bought a wall clock few weeks ago but can’t even trace the package now.
No customer support available.
Its a pity that I didn’t check the trust pilot review before placing the order.

Our purchasing experience with Woonsupply of two titanium foldable reading glasses is so bad that we would like to strongly warn you not to buy anything from Woonsuplly it is truly unbelievable that they rip people off like this after two weeks a package arrived with two pairs of glasses of truly the most inferior quality that are not even worth 1 euro while we paid ± 35 euros for them. so people be warned and never buy anything from Woon supply !!!!!

Dropshipping from China. Not only that but the senders cancelled my order 3 days after it was confirmed, I sent two emails to their support for a refund and have heard nothing back in over three weeks. Do not fall for it like I did :)
