Ordered a cat cake via email and was…

Ordered a cat cake via email and was never advised ingredient options which are available on the website.The website offers carrot or meat options. The owner decided to make that decision for me. He chose the cheap option of providing my carnivore cats [who doesnt know that?] with a bread cake they could not eat. Under Australian consumer law I am entitled to a refund which this horrible person refused to give. I have all the proof and am going to be taking this further. STAY AWAY IF YOU DONT WANT YOUR PETS POISONED
