I filled out forms to purchase a mop on…

I filled out forms to purchase a mop on an advert, add banking details and delivery address for mop, next thing woof4ever deduct money from my account, and no matter how many times I have told them I dis not sign up as I do not even own a dog, they reply with the same stupid reply every time. They are thieves that stole my money.
