At first the bracelet we choose was not available. The seller kept on comunicating and surching. His efforts worked well: we got the bracelet in a short time and it is beautiful
Bought a bracelet from this company. Arrived in good time well presented in box etc and looked great. Put it on wrist and fastened clip. Had it on two or three days then it must have came off. Lost it!!! Obviously not great quality. Contacted the company and they eventually offered to replace but only a bracelet (no box or spare links etc). They stated they would glue the replacement one so that this doesn’t happen again. Obviously quality not great that they have to glue links together.
UPDATE - have now received rather threatening emails from this company in connection with my review. They have also stated that the wrist does not ever change in size with weight gain or loss. This is quite simply ridiculous. Had the company been professional from the start I would never have left this review, but the poor quality of bracelet combined with their rather abusive and inaccurate emails is quite simply ridiculous. Emails can be made available to anyone. I will not be commenting further.

When writing a revision, even if negative, the truth must be written in any case. This is to be sincere and transparent to the reader. The person responsible for this review has never purchased one of our products directly, he says he received it as a gift. He contacts our customer service saying he lost the bracelet he loved. He claims behind the threat of a negative review that he immediately wants another one like it, including international shipping and all for free, without ever providing proof of possession. Despite the somewhat strange situation, we offered the customer a new product, but with payment for the shipment. Since you have the complete package in your possession, we only offer to ship the bracelet. In conclusion, we did not reach an agreement, so we proposed a full refund of the original order, without receiving anything returned, not even the shipping costs. He thanks us for the refund saying that he appreciated it. Finally the reviewer talks about glue, we do not know why, probably he did not understand. We do not use glue in our products.
Subsequently the customer service department writes to better understand the motivation, but the arrogant and aggressive attitude received prevents any other communication. We have tried!
