I ordered the Advent calendar and it came and was lovely. However some of the numbers were missing (required for an Advent calendar). I informed them of this and they have ignored my emails and calls for months.. would not recommend based on poor customer service
Avoid this place if you actually want to get the stuff you order!! I ordered 25 engraved bookmarks on 13th August and have been messed about for over a month... doesn't respond to emails/calls, the company has not fulfilled my order and have now ghosted me. Luckily, I was able to get a refund from my bank. 0/10. Terrible customer service. Avoid!!
Awful company. Have not received my order and they are not responding to emails or phone calls.
Awful company. Please avoid. After being told my photograph was unsuitable for print (doesn’t tell you this at point of order). I said I didn’t have another and could they cancel the order. Absolutely no response to that or any subsequent emails. Don’t even try calling it’s pointless. Have had to raise a dispute with my bank.
Do not respond to emails or online chat requests regarding problems
DO NOT USE! They do not answer emails and have not provided a refund. You cannot contact them by phone. One was damaged, one was incomplete (same order) since then I have been promised a replacement...nothing! This has been ongoing since beginning December. They do not care about customer service, just about taking your money!! They have had many opportunities to correct this. I have lost count how many emails I have sent. Harrison Fletcher (if that's your real name) you should be ashamed of yourself.
Item came not as described I ordered the add-ons of varnished and black sides they refunded the black sides but said "it's hard to tell if it's been varnished" well I can tell it's not been they won't answer any further emails and refuse to rectify the problem.. do not use
