Experience was not great
Experience was not great. My order (parcel containing burner/remote system was damaged in shipping. I filed a complaint/claim (actually just sent email with pictures as directed over the phone). I rec'd an email reply saying someone would get back to me. No one did. I called back after 3 days, and they said someone would contact me. They never did.. I pieced the damaged parts back together including the servo motor for the remote system. Got it working. Still no one called.. Got my first email 8 days later asking further questions. Still no call.. No call back to this day.

It took way too long for my order to process, 2 weeks. Actual shipping was pretty good timing but processing it to be shipped was terrible.
I called a few times for some help with log placements and the first guy said he would send it on email, never did. Called back and got a girl and they had problems finding instructions too. Finally called again and 2nd girl emailed it right over. I called back a 4th time to see if there was video to show log placement since none of them were numbered to follow the instructions, got the first guy and he knew my name and that I had called a few times (caller id, I guess). He was short, aggravated I had called a few times and trying to get off the phone in a hurry.
Fireplace is pretty nice, but rest of process would make try to use another company next time.
