Don't waste your time! I ordered a bar table and it is not a live edge plank but a bunch of 1.75"x1.75"x55" strips bonded together. It is the most square and boring piece of wood, please don't bother. A plywood plank is more interesting and a lot cheaper. I fell for it so you don't have to.

I ordered a half whiskey barrel end table. Website said authentic and unique. It was made of plain wood and metal half ring was silver galvanized metal. Not black as shown. Two of us could not assemble with cheap metal. Looks okay but not like Website pictures it.

The "handmade leather woven lounge chair" took one and a half months to be delivered. When it arrived, it looks cheap. Stained wood and fake leather. I asked to return the product and the company offered to reimburse me 35% of the order. The review I left on their website with real pictures of the product was removed and it is not available for new customers.

If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered 2 "live edge floating shelves" and upon receipt they had the following issues:
- No real live edge. The edge had been cut at an angle and sanded into a fake live edge.
- Several dents and gouges
- Incorrect mounting equipment (not what was pictured on website)
- The underside of the shelves are unfinished

The customer service has been nothing but argumentative and rude. They are sending me paragraphs of emails justifying the poor quality of the shelves. As of today I'm up to 10 emails with their agent and they have finally agreed to a return but they want me to pay for the shipping because "there is nothing wrong with the shelves". I'm not backing down though.

This company is a scam. Also check out the item pictures on the website. I am kicking myself for not looking into this more closely but now that I go back, they totally look AI generated.

It’s spam. Fraud. However you want to say it. I was taken for 350$. Awful.

I purchased 4 stacking stools. Each one has noticeable exposed raw wood and scratches. I sent WoodArtDeals many photos to show the missing stain and damage. Their refund policy clearly states they will refund within 30 days and pay the return shipping for damaged products however they have ghosted me. BTW- PayPal has not been helpful either. Do not buy from them.

The products are not at all as advertised. Ours arrived and look nothing like the images online. Does natural wood vary? Sure, but what was advertised as "live edged wood" arrived as 2x6 planks painted a bizarre orange color.
No brackets arrived, instead we received cement anchors to hang the shelves.
Delivery took 2 months.
You will not get any help from customer service. They are argumentative and uncompromising.

When I ordered a little desk from Woodartdeal, I did not realize it was coming from China. So it took a few weeks to arrive. Considering how many places it had to go through to get here, it was amazing to arrive in perfect condition. It was well packed!
The table itself is well made and beautiful. It was shown on the website as a table and little bench and somehow I missed that the bench was separate (my bad). I sent a couple emails with questions, and responses were always quick and friendly. Four stars because of long shipping time.

1. The packages tracking numbers they emailed me took me to a third party site that wasn’t fedex. You have to copy the numbers then go to fedex to get it work work, small annoyance. When it finally got here the legs on one side (with predrilled holes) are askew and off by an inch so it’s weird scooting in a chair. Then the feet do not screw in smoothly. I had to buy different ones that finally fit. I do not recommend.

The product I ordered was NOT wood... it was particle... fell apart on assembly... tried to reach Woodartdeal by the way they recommend.... they are in China... good luck. NO response... now trying to get my CC company involved.

My table top came quickly. I was confused as to where the legs were not knowing they were shipped separately. I contacted the company. I got a response very quickly explaining they would come in a couple of days which they did. I love the product and the way they handled my small issue with the legs.

I wish I could rate with a negative star. It took months to get my order and when it arrived it was nothing like the photo. Not custom built, but manufactured and poor quality. When asked for a refund, they offered 3$ and I could keep the item. I said I didn't want something I didn't order and 3$ doesn't compensate $118 purchase, they continued to offer 5$ then 8$ and then begged me to please accept this offer because their boss will fire them and they need to feed their family. This is a ridiculous form of customer service.

Worst customer experience in the last decade.

Total time from order to delivery: 4 months
- Sent the wrong item first
- Had to wait an additional two months for the replacement item
- The replacement item was delivered to the wrong building and was stolen
- The company refused to refund my money or send a replacement
- The customer service email is so unresponsive

Do not order from this company.

We ordered a live edge sofa table--it took forever to arrive and when it finally did the piece was warped--we have been jumping through hoops with the company through videos, pictures and emails to no resolution. Stay away-do not buy.

Extremely poor experience! I ordered a live edge table that came unassembled in a damaged box with no assembly instructions. When I contacted customer service through email, they provided ambiguous instructions for a completely different table. We attempted to try to figure it out but discovered they had sent us two different sized legs - one was 8 inches, one was 10 inches. I have requested a full refund. Would highly recommend staying away from this company!
UPDATE 5/18/25: I really wanted to use this table so I attempted to work with this company to obtain the correct hardware. They responded on 4/8 that they would send me one table leg with the correct dimensions. I have not received anything from them and they are ghosting me after repeated follow up attempts. What a waste of money!
I have also noticed they continue to create new social media accounts under different variations of the words “Wood art”. AVOID THIS “COMPANY”.
UPDATE 5/28/25: After a few additional attempts to get a response, I surprisingly received a package from Wood Art Deal today. When I opened it….you guessed it….they sent a second incorrect table leg. Unbelievable. I am done!!!

I have had the exact same experience as the prior review from Gabrielle. Ordered a victorian entryway table for $539. Within four months, the piece developed a large crack in the front veneer trim. I contacted customer support several times and they offered at first a $20 refund which they increased to $70 after multiple back-and-forth exchanges. Obviously, this is not satisfactory as we are left with a broken piece of furniture and and nowhere near enough to replace it for what we paid. My advice is to steer clear of this shady company as they do not stand behind their products.

I purchased several live edge pieces of furniture from Woodartdeal. Most pieces were received in perfect condition and as beautiful as advertised. One piece however had scratches and scuffs on the legs. I contacted customer service through the service email listed on their website. They have offered to replace the legs albeit with a 50-60 day estimated arrival time. I find this an acceptable solution.

I am extremely disappointed with the Victorian Entry Solid Wood Console Table I purchased from WoodArt Deal. Although this piece is beautiful, it is poorly crafted. The table started showing signs of damage within just a few months - a large crack appeared down the front of the table. For a product marketed as high-quality, this was incredibly frustrating. I contacted their customer service team, hoping for a resolution, but was met with push back, blame, and no real effort to address the problem. They offered a minuscule refund of less than 5% despite the cosmetic damage being moderate and tried to blame it on how I cared for the item - although it is clear that as the wood settled once in my home it expanded and cracked. I was left with a damaged piece of furniture that is not worth the price tag it came with. The lack of accountability from WoodArt Deal is upsetting, and I won’t be purchasing from them again. I highly advise against buying from this company if you want furniture that lasts. Additionally, you will be met with resistance from their customer service team in resolving any issues that arise.

Poor customer service! Placed an order never received a confirmation that the order was received. After multiple attempts to contact them I filed a complaint with PayPal. I was finally contacted. Refunded and reordered the table and 4 chairs (12/1/24) the table arrived 8 days later. It is now Jan 7th no idea where the chairs are or if I will even get them. Customer service just writes order cannot be canceled you must be patient. I will be requesting my money back through PayPal. If you buy from these guys be prepared and use PayPal. As for the live edge table it is decent. Not actually a live edge slab more of made to look like a actual slab.
