The communication from wood2u was poor
I phoned several times to confirm when my delivery was due
It came a day later than stated
Even on the day it arrived wood2u couldn't confirm a time, I was waiting for them to call me back When the delivery driver called me to say he was outside the property where it was to dropped off, so he had to wait for me to travel there,I had waited there the previous day
Which is inconvenient for everyone
Some email updates and delivery confirmation is required

Not a great experience. This particular flooring order was to complete my project.. an emergency order. The product was showing in stock online but I phoned to check. I was reassured the product was in stock so I completed and paid for the order online. There was no confirmation after 24 hours, so I phoned the following day and was told the order was being processed and the product could be delivered on the Tuesday. I took a days holiday from work and had scheduled the floor fitter. However on the Tuesday there was no floor tile delivery or contact.. so I phoned again. I was told by a third person that there had been a mistake and the boxes in stock had been used to fulfil another person’s order. The product won’t be in stock until January 2026. Shocking customer service and the error cost me a days holiday and fitters days pay.

Second time I’ve used Wood2U - this time for a smaller order. Still very good and professional service provided - including a Follow up phone call shortly after I placed the order, to confirm I’d ordered everything I needed.

I ordered a discontinued flooring, they only had 5 packs avaliable, and sent me nearly 7 packs for the price of 5.

Sales person helpful, polite and courteous

Placed an order that stated on the website “In Stock” to be sent an email saying “sorry not in stock!” So have to wait a while. I can only give two stars at the moment as was a little annoyed at this, surely just update the website to say “not in stock”!

Great service - nice clearly laid our show room and helpful assistance. Was really great in sorting our mistake in the order that i had caused and i have a lovely looking floor !
