The product is amazing and I've ditched all other lip stains and lipsticks! The orders are sent quickly to your doorstep. And they frequently have great promotions. I just wish there was a little more quantity of stain in each dispenser but the color selection is great.

I ordered the eyeliner. In the ad, it looked like it stayed all day. But that is not my experience. It does stay longer than other products I have tried, but it does not stay as long as it is shown on the ad.

The product was the problem
The product was the problem. I ordered two sharpeners for the eyeliner. I used each one one time that they worked then they no longer would bring the pencil to a fine point.

The pencil begins to become dry and almost a bit difficult to smooth along my eyelids. I do have to use at least 3 times for the color to remain deep. I alsobhave to go back over my crease a few times; I have hooded eyelids. Nothing spectacular. I won't purchase again.

Satisfied customer!
What made my experience better with this company was the customer service support. My initial pencil worked fine, it came time to sharpen it and it completely disintegrated into a nub. I reached out for support and within a day we had effective back & forth communication which resulted in them gifting me a new black eyeliner with their sharpener! I am very appreciative for their willing to listen, offer suggestions, as well as compensate to resolve the issue. The pencil is indeed smooth and longlasting! It’s by far my favorite eyeliner to date ;) thank you!

This eyeliner was supposed to stay on. After 3 1/2 hours it had smeared and it wasn’t there anymore. So disappointed in the product. I will not purchase anymore.

I find the liner goes on really smoothly, especially on the waterline. And it stays there. At night. I just remove it with a q-tip.

The company sent the wrong color and it clearly states what I ordered. I order black liner instead I get a olive green. The liner doesn't last 24 hour and use it only a few days and it gone. No sharpener, no refill and the price is label at $19. How is that right?

I have several of these products now & they are amazing!!! The lipstick, gloss, & eyebrow stains work just like they say. Put them on, wait a couple of minutes & wipe them off with a wet cloth/wipe. Such a great company!
