I bought the “waterproof” eyeliner (3 of them =(. I was so hopeful but it doesn’t stay on. Nit o dry skin, nit on primer, nit with setting spray - it just does not stay on even when I let it dry. So disappointed. However, in my inquiries on how to make it last better, customer service was prompt so that’s good. Just don’t buy it.

Perfect Color
I love the color and the eyeliner goes on smoothly. I use moistened facial wipes and it comes off well at night. The four stars are because the liner bleeds a little under my eyes sometimes. I don't use heavy moisturizer so it can't be that. Otherwise, I love it!

The eyeliner I purchased is supposed to stay on and not rub off. Not only does it rub off, but it happened very quickly. I would not purchase again so sad I wasted my money on three of them!
