Still no order even after email conversation emails. I was told to contact Amazon. I have no issue with other Amazon orders. My address was clearly given when purchase was made.

The eyeliner only lasted 10 hours for me. It faded and I was able to rub it off.Also I was informed that maybe my face was oily but my face was clean and NOT oily . I did not get my full amount that I paid because when I wrote about refunds before I purchased I was never told that I would have to pay for shipping so that disappointed me. I was expecting my full refund. I never got to talk to a human. One plus was you all answered emails.

I bought the product because I liked the idea of a long, lasting lip color. Unfortunately for me, the lip products didn't live up to the hype. I'm going to try layering with other products to see if it helps.
