The shower panel arrived damage . Call to wonderland response was that the damaged panel is a “flimsy” piece of aluminum that is supposed to look like that . I am waiting for repair part . Install instructions are horrible . Links on Womderland send you to a shopping website. Description of product states lights are battery powered b/c water generators clog . But the unit they sent has a water generator . I had to call CS 5 times to get someone to answer , and the people that do answer dont know the product .

I have purchased over $4,000.00 of Wonderland Showers for homes I have built. Their customer service is below average. I been requesting a replacement hose for one of the units for 4 months without getting a replacement. I have a second wand also having signs of hose failure. Customer service does not respond with replacement parts.

Exactly as ordered. Arrived within 3 days. Tracking number provided, We wanted a complicated shower with overhead, wand and body jets. We found this website but there were no trustpilot reviews at the time. However, I did ring the contact number and got to speak to the team. I thought my credit card would probably protect me if I had and issue but the shower elements came as described and look of good quality.
