This is the worst food delivery service in Austria. I have ordered food one day in advance for Sunday, 12:45. There is no sign of delivery at all, then at 13:04 they simply cancelled my order without any explanation. If I want to order again, then they can only deliver 3 days later, on Wednesday. I did contact them and they said they do not know what happened and they will try to avoid it next time. No compensation at all. This company is a piece of trash.
