Seller shared dolls he was selling in a art doll group. Links to a website, etc. Purchased a doll. Seller went on to promote same doll and sale twice more in various groups I seen in following months. Every single post is filled with people who haven't received their dolls. Those few people who did receive their dolls ordered months after other people. So seller wasn't even fulfilling orders in order of oldest to newest.
Seller has responded to people's messages with lies about sending doll out- only for dolls to never arrive. Most banks won't open dispute because of time limits of purchase even though no item was ever received.
Seller has shut down website, turned off comments for his page, etc. If people press for information about their dolls, he blocks them.
Meanwhile, artist continues to make new dolls and promotes them in other groups to try and scam other people.
DO NOT BUY FROM HIM!

Seller is honest and provided quality products that were delivered matching the description on the pictures. For those who want to make bulk order take in consideration that "wolftummy" is a 1 person company and not some commercial. This person has to make each dollar from scratches, molding, painting, etc. In a repetitive usually exhausting process per each order.

On 3/3/2024, I ordered a Ludo doll from the Wulftummy Big Cartel store. I reached out directly via email to the store on 4/28/2024 and 6/18/2024 asking for an update on my order. I also reached out via the contact link on the Big Cartel store. No response. I saw this creator posting on FB about his creations, so I commented asking about my order. I was asked where I ordered, then after I added additional information, I was blocked by this creator, Franco Aguilar. After some further research, it turns out this maker has done this to multiple people. Some have been waiting over a year for their items, cannot get any response from the maker and have been blocked by him on social media. He also now sells on Etsy and FB marketplace, where he no doubt continues to scam people out of their money. I wish I had paid via Paypal so I could get my money back. He clearly sends these to some customers but has scammed many other people. Conveniently his Big Cartel site is now closed, but his other sites are below.
