Wouldn't even use pro if it was free
Step-by-step does not work. Caching of the site is horrible, will often not recognize you actually already paid for pro and will keep asking to buy again

Step by step solutions are bugged
Step by step solutions are bugged, DO NOT give wolfram your money, there are plenty better sites for step by step solutions.
I have complained about this before, but all they say is "try clearing your cookies and local storage" (i use chrome). This does not work.

I paid 7€5 for the pro plan but the pro functions are not working, impossible to use step-by-step solutions for example. I lost my money.
