Wolfknives membership package Sent UPS, sender without contacting me decided a locker is best way to send. No locker address or # given. Just nothing. Bad reflection on Ellis. Pretty bummed on this
I live in a court in a super residential middle to upper class neighborhood with gated fence. Why a locker? Also where is this locker? So f&@king lame.
Gonna lose Patreon memberships with this bull@it. I am pretty pissed off

Bad customer service and wrong product…
Bad customer service and wrong product !!
I bought a buck knife that was supposed to be with ebonite shaft and it was more expensive than the one with phanolic shaft. But I got it with Phanolic. And after asking Wolfknives about it, they wrote me this:
"Hello,
we can not guarantee if this knife is with ebony or phenolic handle. This is because we had a big stock of these knives, but they are allready all sold out and so we do not not what knife we send to you.

And now they don't reimburse the difference between the two knives. I find that appalling and the poor service. So don't trust them !!
