Never received order

Ordered on 12/4 with expected delivery of 12/12/24. No delivery followed up with website chat bot and still no expected delivery date. Would not recommend this company as you cannot speak to real person. I will be disputing the $60 charge with my credit card company for resolution

PHONED CUSTOMER SERVICE TO ASK WHERE ALL OF OUR CHRISTMAS ORDERS WERE & THEY HAD NO IDEA!
WHEN I ASKED FOR A MANAGER, THE REP TOLD ME THE MGR JUST LEFT ON A 2-HOUR BREAK!
WHAT A JOKE.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! EVER!!!!!

AVOID Wolferman's at all expense!

I can't say enough bad things about Wolferman's

Wolferman's telephone customer service is abysmal. The people that I spoke to at Wolferman's Customer Service were dumb as rocks or barely English speaking. Dumb as rocks! My experience was painful.

NEVER will we order anything from Wolferman's again. Wolferman's is all smoke and mirrors. An unscupulous company.

AVOID Wolferman's at all expense!

Awful customer service in Nicaragua

I’m so frustrated with the customer service I can’t even type it all out here!! I was on the phone over 63 minutes with someone named Jairo from Nicaragua. He had no idea what he was doing. I asked for a supervisor and was told there was no supervisor available. He was unable to assist me. He said he was trying to send a replacement order but after an hour said it was too complicated to do?!!! What?! I was in bizarro world. Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Waiting now for a refund. We’ll see if you figured out how to do that. PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM WOLFERMANS. SO DISSAPOINTED! I don’t know if it’s because they were bought by Harry and David or what?!!

One of the most frustrating experiences…

One of the most frustrating experiences trying to place an order with Wolferman’s. First off the representative was very difficult to understand and I had to keep asking her to repeat herself. When I received a confirmation email everything on the order was wrong. Including wrong shipping address and wrong name. The items I ordered were completely wrong and I was charged a $22.99 shipping fee that was supposed to be free. When I called back to try and rectify the order I was put on hold at least five times. I finally thought the order was sorted out but was put on hold again and after waiting a long while I finally hung up in frustration. At this point I only want a refund and will not order from this company again.

OMG - SHOP ELSEWHERE.

I have been sitting on hold trying to reach this company now for an EXTREMELY long time. I placed an order online and entered the address in. It popped up a "might we suggest" address suggestion, but the address I entered as indeed correct so I left it and continued on with the order. I did NOT select their suggested address. I continued through to enter my CC information. As I hit submit on the order, they CHANGED the address. The address is a completely different town, hours from the correct location.

It's been several hours now and I do NOT have a confirmation email of the order and cannot do a damn thing on the website without an order number. I hit chat and they told me to call customer service and gave me a number to call (it's not listed on their website.)

So, now I sit on hold... forever. Worst experience I have ever had with online shopping.

Never again. Shop elsewhere. I WISH I'd checked this website FIRST.

Products great, Customer Service AWFUL

Products great. Customer service ATROCIOUS. Once they were bought by Harry & David and then 1-800-FLOWERS, it's awful. They've shipped their phone service overseas. I've spoken to 3 different agents in last 5 days and still don't have my issue resolved. So disappointed.

TERRIBLE!!!!!!

TERRIBLE!!!!!!! We ordered a gift for a specific day. Not only did they screw up the day, BUT delivered some OLD sausage that we never ordered and never the actual item that we did order. NO RESPONSE and we will be reporting them not only to the BBB, but taking it further than that!!!!!!!

Worst Online Shopping Ever

If I could have rated this experience a zero, I would have. First, I paid $22.00 for shipping and was told the item would arrive by 12/4/24. It was delivered today, 12/10/24. The items that arrived were NOT the ones listed in the sympathy gift tower description. For example, strawberry jam instead of peach preserves; extra English muffins instead of Danish Kringle; a weird coffee instead of the blend pictured on the website. When I called to complain about the long delivery wait, I was told that I would be refunded; however, I never got an email confirmation for this promised refund, nor a refund. Two days later, I'm trying to contact customer service, and I have now been on hold for over 90 minutes. This is the most ridiculous online shopping experience I have ever had. Do NOT order from this company!

Website is a bait and switch

Website is a bait and switch. They claim their products are available to order (ordered on 11/30/24) and ship by a specific date (between 12/5 and 12/13/24) only to find out the product is NOT even available and cannot ship until well after January 2nd. Scheduled arrival will be much later. How is this helpful for a Christmas gift?? They coax you to sign up for Passport membership and then screw you with horrible customer service and no product to deliver.

I put my order in a month ago and still…

I put my order in a month ago and still haven’t received all my items that I ordered. I have tried calling multiple times to their customer service number and I can’t seem to get a person on the phone!!! I haven’t been able to resolve this issue with them!!! I can’t get in touch with them to address my issues and get help!!! Every time I call I am on hold for an hour or more. No one ever picks up the call. I will never order from them ever again!!! So disgusted with this company.

What a nightmare! Customer Service Train Wreck

What a nightmare! 23 minutes on the phone for a conversation that should have lasted 1-2 minutes. The girl barely spoke English. I told her we received a package in the mail without any info who it was from. Since it's approaching Christmas I assumed it was a present and we wanted to thank the person who sent it. Here's how this conversation went after I explained the situation.

Girl: "Okay I understand. You want a refund."

Me:" No. We didn't order this. It came from someone else. I'd like to know who so we can thank them."

Girl:"It came from (my wife's name)"

Me:"No. My wife is sitting next to me right now and neither of us has ever heard of your bakery. It's addressed to my wife, but wasn't ordered by us. I need to know who sent it."

Girl:"Okay. I understand. It was ordered by (my wife's name...AGAIN!)

Me: "No. No. No. WE DIDN'T ORDER THIS. GET ME A SUPERVISOR NOW!"

Girl:" Let me put you on hold while I get a supervisor."

4 minutes later...

Same Girl: "Okay. The order came from (wife's name again)."

Me:"Dear God. I just told you my wife is sitting here with me. We've never heard of Wolferman's. GET ME A SUPERVISOR. NOW!!!"

Girl:"Okay. For you not receiving a package I will give you a refund."

Me:"On my Gosh! I received the package. It's right here. I just need to know who sent it and don't you dare say (my wife's name). Can you please put someone on who can understand what I'm asking for?"

Girl:"One minute please."

5 minutes later

Girl: "Let me read you the credit card number so you can check if it's yours."

Me:"Are you seriously about to give me someone's credit card number over the phone? I DIDN'T ORDER THIS!!! GET ME A SUPERVISOR! NOW!!!

Girl: "One minute please."

4 more minutes

Girl: "My notes say you should receive the package by December 11, but I can give you a refund now if you like."

Me:"Aaaaah! What's wrong with you. GET ME A SUPERVISOR!

Finally realizing this is pointless and I've lost 23 minutes of my life I'll never get back I hung up.

Worst English muffins ever.

Worst English muffins ever.
I'm pleased i got them thru a deal from GMA, but they are awful.
They are the same size as any you would buy in any store, they were hard and dry on arrival so only good for toasting and they have NO flavor.
Please don't waste your money, buy anything else, burn your money but don't waste it on these hockey pucks

Incompetent and dishonest

Received a personally addressed card in the mail offering a 20% discount on my "next product purchase." No exclusions noted--just to place order on line or phone and provide the code on the card. Made my order, a gift, and went to check out with the discount code. Refused the code because it said I had no applicable products. Called to get code accepted. Non-English speaking rep did not know the difference between billing address and shipping address. She asked for my order number even though I explained I could not make the order on line. Kept me on the phone for 35 minutes checking on who knows what. Finally said my item had to be ordered on line and she couldn't help with the discount code. With so many companies marketing food gifts, this level of aggravation, incompetence, and dishonesty is not worth the effort. Ordered my gift from a different company this morning. Took 10 minutes. No fuss or snags. Forget Wolferman's

I purchased 'bundles' for Christmas…

I purchased 'bundles' for Christmas gifts last year. The shipping was the worst I've ever dealt with. Numerous calls to Wolferman's resulted in "I don't know where your packages are" Two showed that they had been delivered before I even placed the order. Finally, all were accounted for and delivered. A few people told me the product(s) were dry and lacked flavor. Wolferman's did not attempt to make things right. I asked them to remove me from any and all future promotions but, to this day I still receive the catalog.

Very Frustrating Experience!

After many past orders through Wolferman's, I tried sending a gift basket to a sick friend. On 11/12/24, I placed an order and paid extra for the gift to be delivered on 11/14/24. I also paid extra to have a greeting card included. On 11/17/24 Wolferman's sent me two emails - one to apologize for the shipping delay, but saying that the item had now been shipped; the other email said that they forgot to include the greeting card. On 11/22/24, another email from Wolferman's saying that the item I ordered is out of stock. I emailed back the same day asking which of their emails was correct - was it shipped on 11/17, or is it out of stock. No response to my email. On 11/25/24, I checked the Wolferman's website to get a status of my order and I opened an online chat. The representative said the order had not been shipped, but he would arrange for that order while I was online with him. At the end of the conversation, he said to check my account later for tracking information. On 11/26/24, the order was still not in my account, so I opened another chat session and was again assured that the order would be placed and I would get an email and/or phone call to confirm. On 11/30/24, an email from Wolferman's said my order was canceled and I would be issued a refund. That refund has not been processed and, more importantly, the gift to my sick friend has still not been delivered after 2 1/2 weeks. I will never do business with this company again.
