Was a bit worried about ordering online for the first time but it turned out okay. The dress fits well an shipping wasn't too slow either. Pretty solid experience overall.

Upon receiving the dress, I was extremely disappointed with the quality and construction. The item does not resemble the advertised product and appears poorly made. Specifically:

- The overall material and construction look cheap and poorly finished, with loose, uneven beading and a “knit-like” appearance rather than the structured, high-quality design shown online.
- The corset includes a thin, shoelace-like cord that is not even long enough to properly lace or secure the garment.
- The hems and edges are unfinished and appear frayed or incomplete.
- The fit is inaccurate and lacks proper structure or support.
- The product description is misleading, as it does not clearly state that the item is a two-piece set (corset and skirt), rather than a dress.
- The “horn” detail appears to be made from decorated styrofoam, which is unacceptable given the advertised look.
- The boning in the skirt is poorly constructed and does not provide adequate shaping.
- Overall, the garment lacks the structural integrity and quality expected based on your website images and description.

Returns are near impossible, Contacted the email address they supplied and private messaged thier Facebook page multiple times to try and return a dress that was too big, after several weeks I still haven't had a reply. Worst customer service! I do not recommend using this company!

I purchased a dress for the Kentucky Derby, and when it arrived, the bust area was too small. When I tried to return it, I had difficulty reaching the company. They eventually offered a discount, but the final resolution included a 30% fee.

I would not recommend purchasing from Woldress. The company is based in China, which I was not aware of, and returns require you to cover the shipping costs yourself.

its very concerning that none of the 5 star reviewers posted a photograph. Whenever there's a 5-star review, usually customers post a picture to show how it looks/fits. This just makes me think they are not real customers. Thank you for the heads up. I will not be ordering from this company even though I loved one of the dresses. not worth the agony.

This place is a joke do not purchase the return policy is a scam you will end up paying a higher cost I recommend just purchasing from a reputable store

Haven’t purchased a dress from here for a couple of years. Have to say I’m extremely disappointed in my recent purchase. It doesn’t look like the picture at all. There were no pleats on the hips. Not expected from this company. Looks like they have stole a picture and tried to replicate and failed miserably.

Wolddress is horrible with returns. Contact pay pal to dispute and pay pal with clear documentation of the return policy. Rejected my case. I will not be using pay pal. The dress place offered me a discount. Uh not following policy. Pay pal do better.i am not surprised about Wolddress . Lesson learned

My dress arrived beautifully packed, with no wrinkles at all. They care about delivering their products in perfect condition. The attention to detail is impressive.

I will never purchase from Wolddress again. Their return policy places an unreasonable burden on the customer, requiring items to be mailed back directly to China at the buyer’s expense. When I asked if they had a U.S. return center (as my package label suggested), they insisted they did not.

For context, my order was about $85. To return just one item through USPS, the cheapest option would’ve cost me $69. They even sent me a photo of another customer’s receipt showing a cheaper rate—but it was from a completely different state, which is irrelevant and misleading.

To their credit, customer service was responsive and offered return, exchange, or partial refund options. However, the refund choices were unacceptable. Even if I returned the dress, after paying shipping and their 10% restock fee, I’d essentially be paying for the dress twice. They also offered me only 20% back to keep the dress, which feels insulting.

As for the dress itself: while the style was beautiful, the sizing was completely inconsistent. My body measurements matched their chart exactly, yet the dress was somehow both too big and too small in different areas. I couldn’t exchange it in time for my event, so I ended up wearing something from my closet instead.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I do not recommend purchasing from this company unless you’re 100% certain you will keep the item with no intention of returning it. Buyers deserve fairer policies and more transparent practices than what I experienced here.

The quality of my dress is great! The fabric feels luxurious and the cut is very flattering, but the color was a bit darker than it looked online.

I had to exchange a dress for a different size and the customer service was fantastic. They were prompt, helpful, and made the process so easy. The new is perfect and looks exactly as advertised.

Scam!! Dresses have the wrong size and don’t look like the photos. I’ve organized a return and paid $150 for it in March. Today 1st September. I’ve received the same dresses again. I’ve paid $300 in products + $150 in return.

They want to offer me 15% of what I paid and send dress back to China at an exorbitant cost. They are scammers. On the website it says 10% restocking fee . That is a lie! Never buy from them again and filing a dispute thru PayPal.

Ordered a red dress and it arrived right on time. It looked amazing and was comfy enough to wear all day long.

Terrible Website, they sale cheap ugly quality clothes. Returning policy is horrible. They will offer you 50% to choose New dress n to hold the original one. But after all i hv said i dnt want anything. I want to return their dress simple. This Shop is scam. Dont buy anything there. They advertise dresses which they dont have ,as soon as zhey receive order they start to sew ugly dress. Cheap quality, wrong size.
