Close to scam
Please be aware that the supplier is based in China. I ordered five travel pillows for my family but soon realized the delivery time was much longer than expected and would not arrive before my trip. I immediately contacted the supplier to cancel the order—calling multiple times, leaving messages, and sending emails. Unfortunately, I received no response for several days.
Eventually, I was informed by email that my order had already been shipped and it was too late to cancel—despite my repeated attempts to stop it.
The order took a very long time to arrive, and as expected, I was already on holiday when it was delivered. The delivery service did not allow me to refuse the package, leaving me with no choice but to accept it.
Upon returning from my trip, I immediately arranged to return the order in its original packaging, unopened. I had to contact the supplier again to get a return address, only to learn that returns must be shipped back to China—at the customer’s expense—and no return label is provided. Shipping the items back from Switzerland was extremely costly.
Three weeks have passed since I returned the order, and I still have not received a refund.
I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others. Based on what I went through, this feels very close to a scam.
