Seems impossible to contact thos mob , email address doesn't work , their X page doesn't exist even though it had link on their website and also their LinkedIn doesn't work either even though they have link on their site , so they have my parcel and every way they say you can contact them on doesn't work , is it a coincidence that they work with Evri ? I'll leave that for you to decide but its worrying when you can't talk to them just like Evri the worst courier company , if you can call them that , in UK land it's even harder to contact them with their lies on their website even though they claim you can talk to a human so I wony be holding my breath for Evri to deliver parcel as they are believably yhe worst couriers on the planet .

my parcel still hasnt come and i feel like it wont. i waited 3 weeks was expecting on the 31st of aug, but i then got an update saying that it is delayed in transit and no kore updates. it now says its will be arriving late but seeing all the bad reviews i have little hope. i just want to know where my parcel is and if it will come or not! please respond. it also said it is going to be delivered by dpd but i have no tracking id for them so i cant even use them to track the parcel, but it said it has been handed over to the delivery partner which im guessing is dpd. please reply and give me an update on where my package is!!!

I do not understand why Surfdome uses WN Direct
I do not understand why Surfdome uses this company. After waiting over 3 weeks for my order, I was able to get a tracking number - only to discover I could not locate my parcel.
I had multiple emails back & forth with Surfdome - and have since learned that WN Direct have stated “insufficient address information” which is hard to believe. I will not buy from Surfdome again while they continue to use WN Direct.
Disappointing.
Undelivered item, no tracking or updates.
Item ordered on 06/01 with delivery due on 13/01, tracking information didn’t work with no updates along the way. Now 21/01 still no tracking update or communication from them. Had to contact the company I bought the product off who also couldn’t get an update or get through to WNdirect. Thankfully the company I bought the product from offered me a full refund and an apology on their behalf. I cannot comprehend how in the age of online shopping and distribution that companies like this can still operate. Truly awful 1 star is too high of a rating.
Headache!
I normally receive parcels from the UK within a week. Well in this case I am waiting over 2 weeks now and without separate tracking number from AnPost I would never known that my parcel is somehow held by customs in England because wnDirect doesn't update their tracking info. National Clearance Hub advised me to contact delivery company and I have emailed them multiple times to sort that out but they obviously DO NOT REPLY! Will never use this joke of a company again. Just gives me headache! Very unprofessional!

Surfdome Order
Surfdome Order came from UK and delivered to Australia in 2 weeks which is fine. However I never received a notification that the item was delivered, and apparently was left “in a safe place”. Despite the fact I work from home every day and was home on the day of supposed delivery. No knock at door, no item to be found anywhere. No email notification or otherwise. Judging from other reviews this is not uncommon.
WN direct lost my Surfdome order
I ordered wetsuit + gloves from Surfdome a week ago. After a week later I requested the tracking for my order they informed that they are asking from they courier wn direct where my package is going. Next day I got information that WN direct has lost the parcel and they cannot send me replacement, since they sold out the product in the meanwhile. I asked Surfdome why are they using 1 star courier but they said that it's very rare that parcels go missing. According to these reviews it's not rare. They offered to return my money but I wanted the product not refund. Anyways as long as Surfdome is sticking to WN direct I advice everyone to shop elsewhere.

Finally, I freaking received my parcel after 14 days. If anyone of you trying to buy something online and they are using this courier, try to avoid it if you can't accept to wait super long and not responsive customer service, if you can, well good for you then.

This company isn't really worth one star!!! Call themselves a courier company!! That's a joke, can not carry out a service, when you try and make contact with them, they don't reply!!! Managed to carry out a service of two out of three parcels, still waiting for the third...5th August was in Spain, that's it, they use a third party Courier, SEUR, they are just as bad!!!! To be honest, this isn't the first time and I am very surprised they are still trading, misleading !!!! They don't care as the customer gets a refund anyway not a good attitude!!! If the company I ordered from don't change there Courier company then they have lost a customer.
Worst courier
My parcel that i bought from surfdome is stuck "scanned to container" for 7 days. Didn't move at all. I don't know if it lost of what. But from customer reviews WnDirect is the worst courier ever. No wonder there's alot of bad review than good.
Terrible experience
I really dont see the point in posting a review on Wndirect since they never respond anyway (great customer service), its just to confirm that the terrible experience is true. Try to avoid this courier if possible.

Don't be a victim
Like most reviews here, I'm a victim of WN Direct. Bought an item from Surfdome in the UK (5th of Feb) and my item was supposed to reach Malaysia on the 15th of Feb. Tracking was stuck in "scanned to container" for 9 days.
Had to call Asendia UK (their parent company), and neither does the customer support have any clue of where my parcel is at.
