The quality of the project is extremely…

The quality of the project is extremely poor, and the promises are all empty words! This construction company boasts of integrity and transparency, but the actual construction is full of loopholes. After my friend's house was renovated by them, the pipes leaked and the basic structure had problems. The repair cost tens of thousands. They never take responsibility for problems. The so-called "quality assurance" is simply a lie. Don't be fooled!

Questionable Build Quality and Service

Unfortunately my friends for over 20 years trusted this company to build them a beautiful home with quality craftsmanship, good customer service and reliability. However, this has not been the case. This company has not only failed to deliver quality work or customer care, they are willing steal from hardworking people who trusted them. And now are the midst of a battle that could simply be handled by this builder. They owe my friends an explanation, apology and THOUSANDS of dollars due to questionable behavior and building standards.

It’s extremely disappointing to see a company not willing to stand by their promises of quality service, integrity and craftsmanship. I would NOT recommend working with them on any future projects or you could find yourself or loved ones in the same situation. They need to be shutdown immediately and payback what they have already stolen.

AVOID WJH Construction

WJH Construction may appear to be an upstanding contractor that delivers upscale work with integrity, however I have witnessed firsthand the inferior quality of their work that has caused and continues to have a great deal of stress and strife to homeowners. This business claims to “Operate with the utmost integrity, honesty, and transparency in all their dealings. This includes honoring commitments, being accountable and treating everyone with respect and fairness.” This has NOT been the case, over the past 7 years I have seen my friends spend thousands of dollars to repair the incompetent work. There have been numerous plumbing leaks and repairs of infrastructure at just about every inch of the home that WJH Construction renovated. They have not held themselves accountable for the less than stellar workmanship of the renovation nor treated the homeowners with respect and fairness to properly address and correct the mounting issues that have been caused because of their less than transparent business ethics. Please avoid contracting with WJH Construction, LLC. It will save you time, money and stress.

Action is needed

I’m very concerned about the experiences homeowners have shared regarding WJH Construction. Based on direct observations and information reported from homeowners, there seem to be serious delays in addressing repair needs, and it’s troubling that some residents report living in unsafe or unhealthy conditions due to unresolved issues. Communication with the company has reportedly been difficult, leaving people frustrated and unheard. I hope that by raising awareness, more attention can be brought to these concerns and that WJH will take meaningful steps to improve responsiveness and accountability.

Avoid WJH Construction at All Costs

Avoid WJH Construction at All Costs – They Turned My Friend’s First Home Into a Living Nightmare

If I could give zero stars, I would. WJH Construction has failed on every imaginable level during what should have been one of the most exciting chapters of my friends’ lives—buying their first home. Instead, their gross negligence, corner-cutting, and total lack of accountability have made it a daily nightmare.

Let me be absolutely clear: WJH Construction should be avoided at all costs.

Structural Defects & Costly Leaks
From the beginning, there were serious structural defects in both the roof and master bathroom shower—issues that WJH either ignored or failed to properly construct. These defects led to persistent leaks, mold growth, and extensive interior damage across multiple rooms, costing me over $30,000 to repair. Despite repeated and well-documented complaints—many reported multiple times—WJH did absolutely nothing of substance to fix the problems.

Plumbing Shortcuts That Caused Basement Floods
The plumbing is nothing short of a disaster. Sloppily installed, poorly sealed, and far below even the most basic standards. Loose fixtures, inadequate drainage, and careless workmanship have caused multiple floods in my basement—again, all out of my own pocket. It’s clear their only concern was speed and saving money, not safety or quality.

Unfinished and Sloppy Work Throughout
Beyond the defective roof deck, there are glaring signs of carelessness throughout the home—siding and stucco that are incomplete, poorly applied, or entirely missing; unfinished paintwork; misaligned doors; and stairs that are uneven and unsafe. Even basic fixtures, like the kitchen faucet, failed within the first year. When they contacted WJH for support, the response was either rushed cosmetic band-aids or complete silence. Their follow-through is lacking—when they respond at all.  They’ve since replaced the faucet themselves.

Incompetent Leadership & Nonexistent Customer Service
Their leadership is disconnected, dismissive, and nearly impossible to reach. Any trust in their management has been completely destroyed. They make promises they partially or don’t keep, avoid accountability at every turn, and show zero urgency or care about the serious issues they created. They’ve been forced to take legal action just to compel them to address the defects they’re clearly responsible for. No homeowner should be put in this situation.

Now in Legal Action
They are currently in legal proceedings with WJH Construction—because they handed them a structurally defective, leaky, flood-prone, and unfinished home, then acted as if they could simply walk away without consequence. Unfortunately, this appears to be part of a broader pattern. During the construction of their home, they learned they had also caused significant damage to an elderly neighbor’s property—damage that went unresolved for over a year until she was forced to sue them…and won. The financial burden, emotional strain, and ongoing anxiety they’ve caused my friends and their family are overwhelming. What should have been a joyful, fulfilling milestone has instead become a source of stress, depression, and deep personal regret.

Bottom Line
Do not trust WJH Construction, RF Edge (another one of their entities), or Hassan Edge. They cut corners, evade responsibility, and have no respect for their customers. Their first home—something that should have brought pride and peace—has instead brought endless frustration, enormous expense, and deep regret.

Consider this your warning: STAY FAR AWAY.

Disappointing experience with this company

As first-time homeowners, we were excited to begin this new chapter, but unfortunately, our experience with this builder has been deeply disappointing. Within the first year of owning our home, we encountered multiple issues—most notably recurring leaks and other construction-related concerns. Despite these being reported in a timely manner, getting resolution has been extremely difficult and ongoing years later.

The lack of responsiveness and accountability has been disheartening, especially considering the company’s stated mission: “At WJH, we strive to exceed our clients’ expectations, and to make the communities in which we work in, better than when we arrived.” Sadly, that mission does not align with our experience.

Rather than finding joy in our first home, we’ve spent much of our time managing repairs, following up on unresolved issues, and feeling unheard. After the one-year mark, communication ceased entirely, leaving us to deal with lingering problems on our own.

We’re sharing our experience to bring awareness to potential future homebuyers. We hope others will have a more positive experience, but we encourage caution and thorough due diligence.

Think Twice Before Choosing WJH…

Think Twice Before Choosing WJH Construction!

I’ve watched someone I care about go through an incredibly stressful and expensive ordeal thanks to WJH Construction, and I wouldn’t wish that on anyone. What should have been the joy of buying a first home turned into a nightmare of constant repairs, flooding, and unanswered calls for help.

There were major structural issues from the beginning, including roof and shower leaks that led to mold and damage across multiple rooms. Plumbing was installed so poorly that it caused basement floods, costing tens of thousands of dollars to fix out of pocket. And the rest of the home? Rushed, incomplete, and full of careless mistakes: uneven stairs, misaligned doors, a failed kitchen faucet within the first year.

Worse than the poor construction has been the lack of accountability. WJH ignored repeated requests for repairs or offered cosmetic quick fixes. Their leadership is unresponsive, and legal action has been the only way to hold them accountable.

This company, along with their affiliate RF Edge and Hassan Edge, has caused financial, emotional, and mental strain that no homeowner should have to face. If you’re considering them, I strongly urge you to reconsider.

As a witness to the challenges loved…

As a witness to the challenges loved ones have faced with this builder, I feel compelled to share the experience to help future buyers. Throughout the process of trying to resolve multiple issues with the home, it became evident that many concerns were not addressed in a timely or effective manner. These hidden issues caused significant stress and unexpected costs. It’s been incredibly disheartening to see the difficulty in getting the support needed to correct these problems. This experience has taken away the joys of homeownership that everyone deserves. I strongly encourage potential buyers to thoroughly research and consider all factors before choosing this builder to avoid facing similar challenges. I don’t wish this on anyone.

Problems with builder

As someone who has witnessed firsthand the challenges my family has faced with this builder, I feel it’s important to share our experience for the benefit of future homeowners. Throughout the process of trying to resolve multiple issues with the home, it became clear that many concerns were not addressed in a timely or effective manner. These issues, which were hidden within the build, have caused considerable stress and unexpected costs.

It’s been incredibly disheartening to see how difficult it has been to get the support needed to address these problems. The experience has unfortunately taken away the joys of homeownership that everyone deserves. I strongly encourage any potential buyers to do thorough research and consider all factors before choosing this builder. No one should have to face such challenges after making one of the biggest investments of their lives.
