I also paid for Adobe Professional downloaded it, follwed their instructions to the letter, but it wouldn't work at all, deleted and retried several times, but still didn't work. contacted them and got a quick response from someone called Katie Taylor, with suggestions on what to do, but still it wouldn't work. In the end I deleted everything and asked for a refund. Katie said she would organise it when she got back to her office, but I got no resonse, so kept emailing them, at first I just got excuses that they couldn't find my transaction and payment details, and then nothing, just silence.

I did however get a marketing email from them today, saying they are now called Wizzappz and they are excited to announce the launch of their new and improved software site Wizappz.com.

So I guess the scams will continue now, but under a new name.

STAY WELL CLEAR

Don't use Wizzlinks!

Paid for Adobe Professional and downloaded it. Followed the instructions however they did not match the software requirements so couldn't install. Deleted the files and requested a refund within 24 hours. Amazing response from Katie initially offering alternative software but I preferred a refund. Katie said she would organise it when she got back?

She must have gone to Mars as subsequent requests for an update on my refund have had no replies?

Time for legal action now which will cost Katie more than just refunding my money.

Had a look on the Wizzlinks website and all the feedback is good? Not so much on Trustpilot though but then Katie hasn't shared her Trustpilot score on the website. I wonder why?

Please do not use this business
I purchased an office 2010 app which when i downloaded showed as a 2008 version and when I opened it the file folder was empty
I contacted Katie to report this and eventually was offered a different software in exchange despite the full money back guarantee
Like other users Katie has stopped responding to me and I am now only left with losing my money or taking further action which whilst a pain is what I am going to do as this type of business had to be stopped to avoid honest buyers losing their money

Absolute scam site

Absolute scam site! Stay well away if you value your money. What they are offering is (presumably pirate versions) software at unbelievably cheap prices. Catches include not being able to register the software and having to disable your anti-virus in order to download. Even if you accept that (Like I foolishly did!), it won't install properly or work anyway. Then of course, you have to remove the Trojan that comes with it. Emails to request a refund are, at first answered by "Katie", by there is never any sign of the refund and follow-up emails are ignored. STAY AWAY!
